We genuinely love a trip to Jono and Johno (it's an hour's drive each way) and have been parted from our money for some great gear at really good prices.
Whilst what we wanted was there, we eventually found it after asking, it was
unfortunate a staffer was having a bad day and came across as rude and condescending!
Our money stayed in our pocket and we left disappointed.

I needed a 3 phase generator and found one here. I discussed it with a staff member over the phone who confirmed it would do the job.

They have a great range of products, if you love fishing they have got a big selection of lures another fishing items.

Purchased a starter motor from these guys when the OEM supplier couldn't provide parts in less than 6 weeks, got it within a week. Unfortunately after some months the part failed so I reached out to the guys to see what they could do. A few photos some reasonable correspondence and within 24 hours the part was recognised as faulty and replacement arranged. Service is not about what you get sold, it's about the experience when it goes a bit wrong. These guys nailed it.

Brought shin & knee guards online. They are all good.
The grass won't cut itself, so you just have to be protected and go hard.

I'll buy other gear as required.

Bought some Electric fencing poly wire today, didn't have the large rolls on shelf so the guy went out of his way to find some out the back.
So very helpful best thing to keep horses of the Rail Fence.

I had a order from interstate at midday Friday and within 3hrs Austpost confirmed order was on the way. Monday morning it arrived. Great price and excellent service thankyou Jono & Johno.

Called in advance for a replacement gxv390 carb and was told "all good have them in stock". After a 35 minute drive, standing at the counter all of sudden "nah we dont keep them". Thanks for wasting my time. Suggestion: the rude sort haired lady at the counter (ballarat store) needs some customer interaction training, people answering phones could also use product training.
