Definately will be coming back, being in the trade the service you get including someone knowing what to do and what is what is something you won't find at bigger competitors

Some products are more expensive and some are less but you'd find the margins these guys make aren't as big as you'd assume. The industry has had massive price rises and the staff here genuinely hoped out and even gave me better more cost effective alternatives.

Over the years customer service has continually declined unfortunately.
Not even a simple "hello", "thank you" or smile at the cash register.
I'm unsure if staff hate their job or the customers but I can always guarantee it'll be an unpleasant experience when I choose to shop locally instead of Bunnings.

Small shop but their customer service was fantastic.the staff were very friendly and helpful with advice and we were very happy with our purchase and products

To be honest, I live pretty much equal distance from Mitre 10 and the other mob. But I chose Mitre 10 every time, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Also its a dog friendly place, which means Rocco my boxer can come in and say hello instead of having to wait in the ute.so 5 stars from me.

Adam was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me with a flat pack pantry that I bought, somehow squeezing it into my small sedan. Every worker gave me excellent information and assistance. Will return to this mitre ten even though I don’t live very close, just for the helpful team!

Small compared to the big opposition but good friendly staff and had a small selection of what I needed

Good store, very good range of products, friendly service too. The road on the way in and out is a bit treacherous but that's the Council's fault.

Easy access n parking and a surprisingly large range. Friendly staff are easier to find than at some hardware stores and the prices are competitive. A local business that deserves support.

Quite disappointed. I did click and collect and it took 3 days for my item to arrive. When I was in the queue to collect the assistant is helping a lady browse and buy plants, then he ran inside to get individual items of the shelf for her. One of the lovely girls had to come out with EFTPOS machine so she could pay. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Since when are we allowed personal shoppers during lockdown and can the rest of us browse and buy plants you have locked away?

Picked up my click and collect order which was ready within 30 minutes of ordering online. Very helpful friendly staff.

Looking a bit abandoned. Could use a bit of TLC and some pride in their establishment. Never feels tidy or organized. After checking in, walked towards the counter and was approached by an employee, who instead of greeting me and making me feel welcome, I was quizzed if I had checked in. He was right behind me when I checked in.
He didn’t ask if he could help me or if there was anything specific that I needed.
I went to search for the items I was looking for. I saw the tall fella, and as usual, not even acknowledgement. I nodded hi but no reciprocation as always.
The girls at the counter are always friendly and try to help best they can.
Overall, will be my go to place when I have no other choice.

I visited the Mitre 10 at Niddrie timber section. Thw customer service provided by the sales assistant was fantastic. Went out of the way to get what I needed and also got the timber cut.
Even the other members in the shop were very courteous and customer oriented. Welldone
