I never get what I ordered. 3rd time now and wrong again. I give up, no more. 2 stars for a decent coffee.

Really friendly staff, quick service, great coffee and amazing smoothies! I highly recommend Johnny Dante if you are looking for a coffee and quick bite to eat!

Excellent service, our local coffee spot. The coffees are great too, best on Charman Road (and we've tried them all!)

We sourced our Grand Final pies from Johnny D today. Heated them at home. My steak and mushroom was a deep rich pie with the most amazing pastry and KD’s Chicken & Leek also was a tasty little number. They had a home made look about them and a taste to match.

I grabbed a couple of coffees and lemon tarts for afternoon tea.   The coffee was smooth, the lemon tarts had a light lemon flavour with a slightly creamy almost custardy texture, very delicious.  I also liked the size, not to small and not too big.

I called into Johnny Dante for a small snack of a lunch after a late breakfast.

I took a look in the cabinets which had a range of salads, pies and various delicious slices, cakes and muffins. I only ended up having coffee and a tomato cheese toastie. The toastie was a little bit average if I'm honest. For me the bread wasn't that exciting and cheese only just melted. It really could have used another minute or two

I had no complaints about the coffee as it was strong and hot the way I like it.

I'd come back here to try some of the cakes and I observed some hearty breakfasts that looked tasty and well plated but would probably not give the toastie another go.

Food here is great. First cafe that I have been to that cooks my poached eggs exactly the way I like them. Great service.

This was my second visit last week and once again, it was superb. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Always cheerful and clearly know the regulars by name. Although I ordered a takeaway coffee, the cup was filled to the brim and wiiped down as a little spilt. Then was given a napkin 'just in case' the staff said. Nice touch! Thank you.
The place itself looks inviting and hope to actually have the time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the near future and have more than a coffee and cake because the menu looks extensive and caters for everyone, including those with dietaries.
Oh and the coffee was excellent.

I find this place hit and miss. When I leave fried potato on the plate then there is something wrong. Service was nice when we approached them.

Nice atmosphere roadside and a good selection of food, it's a nice option if you want a sit down lunch.

Rude barista seemed offended when I asked for a tray for my coffees. Made me feel uncomfortable.not approachable. Dissapointing.

You won't find much better coffee and smashing good sandwiches and paninis, milkshakes also awesome when it warms up

Terribly disappointed in the service I received today. Waited over 50 minutes for my meal.which was then very unappealing. The venue wasn't busy or overly packed with customers, multiple tables were turned over before we got our meals. When it eventually came out, there was not one apology given via any of the staff working nor were we given any notice it would arrive late. Upon paying our bill, we weren't compensated or yet again given ANY apology. Really shocked at the experience and unfortunately will not be returning.

Good strong coffee and lots of choice if you are looking for a snack or something more sunstantial. Friendly and fast service

Good food friendly staff. Have only had breakfast there though. One of my favourite Egg Benny's.

Pretty good coffee, lactose free milk, delicious chilli chorizo eggs (GFO) and excellent service.

A local favourite! The coffee is good and the food is both delicious and reasonably priced. We will always come back.

Great little cafe. Always really friendly staff. I've tried the mushroom medley and zucchini fritters. Both were fresh and delicious. Coffee is good too.

First time dining in. Coffee was great, as usual. Food was prepared well and of great quality. My dish had a pistachio dukkah - was good on its own but the mild taste got lost in the rest of the flavours on my plate. Friendly, efficient staff.

First visit to this cafe in nearly 10 years. Always been a good place to sit down for a quick, no frills feed, and this hasn't changed. I had the beef burger which was made fresh and while I usually prefer stronger flavours, it was quite good. My daughter had the eggs benedict which she also enjoyed.
Prices were very reasonable and staff were quick, friendly and polite.

Great cafe in a perfect location near Cheltenham station. Coffee is consistently good, and the almond milk taste great.

Really nice coffee and breakfast here. Good hollandaise sauce too. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a while!
