My wife and I purchased an electric cooker from John Alan Betta Home Living at Knox and were impressed by the helpfulness of its staff and with the communication from them prior to delivery. We have no hesitation in recommending the store to people shopping for home appliances.

I went for a washing maching and spoke to Ron at the Wantirna store who was very helpful and accomodating. I told Ron that I wanted his honest opinion and no typical salesman sell on products as I couldn't afford to mucked around and told unnecessary things that really didn't matter. Ron was straight up and honest. Overall stress free and good experience, would definitely go back. Thanks

Bought a Bissell carpet shampooed from Ron at Wantirna store.

Paid for and received an invoice for a washing machine which was to be delivered and installed ASAP. After phoning and chasing the ordered we found out that the stock was not available. No contact from this organisation and no email replies.
Disgraceful service.

Had been to multiple HN as well as GG stores, while looking for a fridge. Had a tough time in getting help from sales people to decide on the right model. They are always eager for customers to point the model they want so they can provide a quote. Stumbled upon John Alan Betta last week. Not only were the sales teams super friendly and attentive but the price offered outright beat anything from the other chains. Ron patiently answered all the quetions and proactively provided good suggestions. Will go straight to them for any future whitegoods requirement.

Wayne Hallmark is a star and a legend. Once again he comes up with the right product to suit our needs, whether it be a Weber, a Refrigerator or this time a Sound Bar. Top Class Service every time.

Jesse rang to set up installation time in the suggested time frame. He arrived on time and quickly set up our new dishwasher and took away the old one and the cardboard box and packaging.
