Shopping locally and with a long established business that is focused on the customer experience and can deliver from its own establishment (freely in my case) is a pleasure.

Great store. Have purchased a couple of things from here over the years and most recent was when our dedicated freezer packed in. I had a busy day at work and could only make a call for a new one and Darren was very helpful. Gave me all the info I needed to make a decision over the phone and was able to pick up a new freezer later that day. Everyone at the store when picking up was super friendly. Excellent experience.

Staff blocked the entire one way back road with a delivery vehicle with no regard for the cars piling up behind it. Waited for over twenty minutes. All because they were too lazy to move their own personal vehicles that were parked in the loading area. Unsure of the affect it had on others, but it delayed me picking up my wife from surgery. If this is the sort of disregard and arrogance they display when taking a delivery, then I’d hate to think about the way they shaft their customers when an issue arises.

Would not recommend.

We recently bought a mattress and a base for my daughter at this store. They had a good range to choose from and offered a better deal, including delivery and removal of old mattress, than we could get anywhere else. Thank you Daniel for your exceptional customer service, attention to detail, patience and following thru on what you promised you would do. This subsequently resulted in the right mattress being selected and a quality product being promptly delivered. Arrogant, rude, ignorant. That is just next level of woefulness i have ever experienced. Whoever employed these people, clearly did not think of the terrible consequences to their business. Just, Don't go in there.

Fridge ordered 1/3/23. Paid 2/3/23. Delivery required by 6/3/2023. Today is 23/3/23 but NO FRIDGE DELIVERED STILL!

We paid for an oven in full, led to believe and told we would go to front of the line it would be in by 1st November, it's now 6th December, still waiting? Update they got my oven delivered before Christmas, great result, thank you very much, happy with the Smeg oven.

I bought a microwave from this place and it turned out to be faulty after few months. The support team were super duper helpful and it literally took me 1 phone call to get the replacement unit organised. Very happy with their service! Totally recommend them.

I recently purchased an induction cook top from John Allen Betta Home Living and had an excellent experience doing business with them. While the cook top wasn’t in stock I was able to order it and arrange for delivery by the end of January. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and contacted last week to say that the cook top could be delivered today 18/1/23. I was phoned to check that someone would be home to accept delivery and my cooktop arrived within the hour. I am a very satisfied customer and will certainly use this business again.

Patrick at John Allan Betta Home Living, Knox was very helpful when I rang asking for details of frost free freezers. I then visited the store and Patrick was again very helpful in showing us the differnt freezers they had and provided a competitive price for a Chiq 166 litre frost free freezer which we purchased and picked up the same day. Patrick also advised me that if I registered the warranty online I would get an extra 2 years warranty making a total of 5 years warranty. So a very positive experience and I am happy to recommend John Alan Betta Home Living Knox for your white goods & electronic needs.

We bought big items for our kitchen reno and Ron was extremely helpful. He gave us plenty of info without being overwhelming and found the balance of being available to answer questions whilst letting us look & think. We compared the same items elsewhere and got the best prices here along with excellent service.
