I usually can’t stand most of my job providers because they never seem to care and want to help you but my provider at the moment is Van and I couldn’t be happier. She’s attended to all my needs, calls me back when I need her to and most Important in my books actually helping me get qualified for certain jobs and landing me work. I’ll be very sad the day I get a new provider that’s for sure

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Van for the assistance and encouragement over the past couple of months. This establishment is terrible. They never answer their phones, emails, or get back to you when you leave voicemails. I let them know of my work situation but they continuously suspend my payments anyway. It's been 2 weeks now, my payments are still suspended, I have tried to contact them several times to no avail (10+ phone calls, 3 emails, 2 voicemails).
I am also waiting to be reimbursed for fuel/clothes that I have purchased for work, I have filled out paperwork TWICE now (they lost the first one that I signed in the office) and I am assuming they've ignored my emailed form since they never get back to any emails anyway.

If you get moved to this job provider, TRANSFER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My actual rating is 0 stars. Deeply unhelpful deceitful in all ways. The reminder SMS messages midnight on Sundays were a particularly low point as were the phone appointments that were hours late or never happened at all. Avoid Daniella and the truly useless Jonathan at the front desk.

Van ngo, has been amazing, respectful and lovely to work with.she was able to secure me a job in weeks after being assigned to jobfind coburg.she will always follow up with her client on a ongoing basis. (Sorry that i don't pick up my phone)

Don't believe on those other reviews they're all are outliers, I have experience her first hand and i know whats true.
I am grateful to have to meet someone such as Van.i truly recommended!

What a waste of space and time. They have no interest in helping anyone but themselves. Avoid this place.

Van Ngo caused me considerable distress at the end of last year for unlawfully suspending my payments. At that time my mutual obligations were yet to commence, however Van suspended my payments anyway. It was impossible to get a reason out of her; whenever I managed to get a hold of her she directed every part of the conversation to me giving over my payslips and I suspect this was her reasoning for the suspension.

If you at anytime get Van as your case manager, change your provider ASAP - you can't miss her, she's the one with the fake teeth. I also found her to be two-faced (she was nice in person and a monster over the phone). Ye be warned!

I'm not usually one to complain, but I have never come across a more unprofessional office. Rude, never keep their appointments and will happily ignore your calls, then condescendingly tell you that because they don't answer their phone at any point of the day you have to suffer the consequences of missing your appointment. If you show up in person after they haven't answered for 4 hours straight they will try to send you away and mark you as not having attended unless you kick up enough of a fuss to force them to do their job. What an embarrassing waste of taxpayer funds.

Monica is the most condescending and disrespectful representative. Refuses to assist in any way shape or form and constantly refers you back to Centrelink even if its a job provider specific question. Change providers immediately if you have the chance to do so.

Terrible provider. Failed to provide formal notification for an appointment as required. I did not know the appointment was occurring. They then scheduled a second appointment on the same day, with only 2.5 hours notice and once again did NOT provide formal notification as required.

They blatantly lied and claimed I had consented to the second appointment. I had NOT spoken to them at all.

They have now suspended my payment, and I have lodged a formal complaint.

Stay well away. I would give 0 stars if possible.

As with most job 'providers' the staff are poorly trained in regards to your rights and helping you navigate the system.

DON'T BE FOOLED - they will try and trick you into providing information about your employer so they can reap the benefits of your job search (via government kickbacks), yet continually punish and belittle you for being underemployed.
