Jobfind Coburg is one of the best and everybody there smiles and stays in their role for long periods of time (other places have very high turnover rates despite a good starting salary provided).

They are on your side and they are there to help you and this is reflected in all of the other highly rated reviews.

The staff here are good people. My situation was particularly difficult, but they made definite efforts to accommodate me. Hanad in particular has impressed me with his consideration, efficiency and poise.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone who has been mistreated by other job providers.

The staff were very understanding and considerate of my circumstances, particularly Hanad. The staff certainly showed sincere compassion towards me, and were a pleasure to deal with.

I recently moved and got relocated to Coburg Job find, and so thankful that I got Adaw, she is so helpful and onto it! Love her attitude and personality it definitely helps trying to find more work when theres such positive support behind you!

They are disorganized, told me the wrong time to show up multiple times, which got my payment cut off and made me struggle to pay rent.
They take no accountability, blame their own incompetence on centerlink. They seem like they don't work with centerlink at all or know what's going on. If you want an organisation that does the bare minimum and treats you like cattle use Jobfind Coburg. Switching providers today.

Anjili has made my job search very easy she has helped me with petrol vouchers it's a made a big difference and I'm happy to say Ive found a job. I was surprised when Anjili said to me she could help withy PPE also. Also I didn't have to wait for petrol vouchers or my PPE Anjili had arranged everything within 30min.

He took lots of time to help me work out my job path and gave me sincere direction in order to meet my goals.
In my next appointment. He handed me over to another gentleman called Yousif
Yousif took over and he is amazing.very gentle, directed and assisted me in all my difficulties
he Was able to work hard with me through their upper management team to get me a grant to register a course to enable me pursue my dream career

Very hostile environment, case workers openly discuss clients in front of other clients. Classrooms are not accessible, employees do not understand the concept of pronouns.

The only person that was worth anything was van now that’s she’s gone job find is absolutely disgusting they wouldn’t help with any inquiry they wouldn’t call me back for about 3 weeks after leaving multiple messages and calling my job provider was super rude wouldn’t listen to me and constantly over speaking me when I was trying to explain something when I told her I didn’t understand what I was suppose to do she just told me “well I can’t help you” I asked for a new provided and new person to speak to she just told me no one here.witch is rediculas that you would be at work alone! I asked for a simple email explaining what I need to do and again very very rudely told me she will send a one sentence email rather then help me absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend, very very disgusted with the way I was treated today

These guys will not help you get a job. You will never find a more lazy bunch of workers taking home a pay check. Van was the only good worker there and now that she is gone the business is terrible.
