For those who don't have the time to read this lengthy review, in summary the gist is this. They don't care for their customers and I will never order from them again.

My wife ordered a Playroom Pack from Jenjo for the kids to play on at our daughters birthday. The pack arrived in a reasonable amount of time but that is where the good experience ended with this company.

We were sent two of the same leg with the ClimbA so we were unable to put it together. There was still time before the birthday party, so we didn't think it was a big issue and would be rectified with plenty of time before the birthday.

My wife contacted Jenjo via phone to explain that we had two of the same pieces and required a different piece to assemble the ClimbA. She was made to feel stupid with the questions asked as it was obviously that Jenjo were assuming this was user error and we weren't putting the equipment together properly. After a few phone calls and several emails with ample photos attached, Jenjo thought they knew what the problem was and sent another piece. The piece arrived after our daughter's birthday, but 2 days before the birthday party and was incorrect. We now had 3 of the same piece. I can't help but think if Jenjo took up my wife's offer to video call to see the problem, this mistake wouldn't have happened.

So with two days before the birthday party, we couldn't afford a another lengthy wait for the correct part so my wife had to bundle our almost 2 year old into the car for the hour and 45 minute drive to Jenjo. Our daughter was crying hysterically for most of the car ride and during the time my wife was at Jenjo. After finally receiving the correct piece, the lady who gave the piece to my wife asked over the crying if she had had a long drive here. My wife told her it was an hour and 45 minutes to which the lady said, "oh sorry about that".

So after our daughter not getting her full present for her birthday, Jenjo assuming we set it up wrong, Jenjo sending out the wrong piece (after the birthday) and my wife having to drive an hour and 45 minutes to finally correct Jenjo's mistake, "oh sorry about that" is all they could say. Not good enough Jenjo.

EDIT: and even after 10 months, no acknowledgement from Jenjo of their poor form. Pathetic.

We purchased their giant Jenga set which was clearly marketed as an outdoor toy. However within a few weeks the blocks were going mouldy and cracking as despite being marketed as an outdoor toy, we have been subsequently told that the blocks are not suitable for storage outside despite no mention of this on the website when we purchased. We do not have room to store inside and so now with the blocks are going mouldy they are actually a health hazard to children rather than a toy. Their customer service have been no help at all.

My daughter loves wooden toys which makes Jenjo a great store to buy toys with lots of varieties. Also add to that their quick response and quick processing of orders is a big plus! Will definitely order more soon.

Their wooden rainbow is a big hit with our children. It's very sturdy. I'm so happy that they're still intact even with children playing with them quite roughly.

Prompt service, good communication, great product. Even when there was slight damage, they were happy to replace the piece. Very happy with it!

Misleading presentation and naming of product

Very dissapointed.
I ordered "Climbing Frame with slide" and the picture clearly showed a triangle climbing frame and an additional piece which had a slide on one side and climbing grips on the other.

I only received the slide part and enquired over the phone. The first contact with customer service was OK and she explained to me that
they had a few people being "confused" by their order, so they had changed the picture and wording since then. She recommended to write an email.

The reply to the email was appealing.
Abusive, rude and unprofessional.
Extremely dissapointed!

We love our Jenjo balance board and ClimbA! They have been life savers during our many lockdowns in Melbourne, especially when the playgrounds were closed too! The quality of these products is fantastic and they are very competively priced! We've just purchased a slide/rock climber as an add on and might even get another ClimbA too! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Unfortunately there was a significant delivery delay on our product (not jenjos fault) as the container of jenjo stock was held in quarantine. Jenjo maintained communication with updates regarding my parcel. Always happy with the quality of their products

Very smooth ordering process. This was a pre-order item and updates were emailed to me often on when they were getting the stock in / any delays. Location was easy to find for click & collect. After receiving a dud climbing frame due to a manufacturing error, I emailed them and recieved a new one the next day personally delivered to my doorstep. Excellent service, hard to find these days. The product is sturdy and beautiful. After lots of research on where to buy this product i'm glad I chose Jenjo Games. My little one is going to love it next week for her 1st birthday. Would definitely buy from here again.

So happy with all aspects of our transaction with Jenjo Games. Product is excellent value, looks great and functions perfectly. Delivery was smooth and arrived earlier than I expected. Once we put together the ClimbA we noticed a small split in the ply wood, contacted the guys at Jenjo and they sent us out replacement parts which arrived just two days after we emailed them. Such a fabulous experience with this company.

I bought a Climba and found the quality fantastic. Only about 2-3 days to be delivered to Qld. There was a very small part missing (easily missed in production) but a phone call to a mobile number, answered by a very pleasant Aussie girl and the part was immediately posted and the Climba was ready for my grandaughters birthday. Why would you buy anything built overseas when you get this quality and service in Australia. If I could rate my experience any higher than five stars then I would.

Purchased the ClimbA for our 2 year old and he absolutely loves it.
As parents, we’re very pleased with how sturdy it is and the quality of the ClimbA.
Delivery was super fast and the customer service was very quick and friendly.
