Just received this white/black Board, I love it, will be perfect for my granddaughter.but unfortunately it is missing the insert in one of the holes to attach the bolt.

Bought a Carrom board. Amazing Quality. Nothing to complain about the board.
Tip: The carrom powder isn't of the greatest quality. Buy it from somewhere else.
The carrom board gets 5/5 though.

I accidentally placed an order for an incorrect item, I emailed Jenga that night and the next morning I received phone call from Elizabeth to help me. She called me around 10am because she assumed I had children and didn’t want to call too early. I found this to be extremely thoughtful.

Spent $400 on corn hole and leg cracked in knott in wood, had been used for 2 hours over couple of months, contacted customer service too bad.

We just love our jenjo games, my kids have the egg and spoon race with racing sacks and we have the croquet set, such great quality made to last

Bought the climbing frame monsters pack. Out of the 8 items…7 of them had defects. Had to change them over 5 times. After a lengthy and stressful process to organise an exchange, I would then open up the new part to find it was again defective, and would have to go through the process again (5 times). Mind you they won’t allow a straight swap (even if you bought it a day before), but will only replace one part at a time! Workmanship is terrible and how they handle complaints needs work. They were never apologetic for the inconvenience caused or their workmanship, but would make excuses or say the product would still work fine even if there’s dints, stains, saw dust everywhere. They even had parts missing or parts that didn’t even fit! Do not recommend

Horrible service. Would not recommend. Customer service reps would prefer to threaten customes instead of assisting them in finding a solution

I purchased the Jenjo Learning Tower and absolutely loved it! Arrived quickly and very easy to assemble. I purchased it for my one year old as he is always keen to watch me cook. There are two settings for the height and the first one is just right for his height. It also comes with a white board and black board which is easily interchangeable. Only one thing I noticed is that there is one missing threaded insert but once I set all the bolts in, it’s still secured. Awesome product!
