47Called just after opening time and waited 4 minutes to be connected to someone. Other than that, went instore and seevice was good.
Been going to this store for a long time. My home away from home. Great selection of products, friendly and helpful staff. Not much to go bad here for retail.
I had purchased a TV and had it delivered but it was broken during transit and never received, that's fine and accidents happen but when it came to replacing the TV for equivalent model this store was rude, condescending, and not knowledgeable about their own products. Very, very poor behaviour from the manager.
These guys are amazing, they were so helpful with any information and don't loose patients with all the questions I had couldn't be more happy with the service I received from these guys.

thats pretty good.bought a tv.tv works well.doesnt taste great but the windows are delicious.
We love going to JB and browsing their fantastic range of DVDs to expand our collection. They generally have what we're looking for, and I'm glad that we now have the option of buying Blu-Ray as well (thanks to our new player), so we have even more to choose from. We've also bought our gadgets from here recently, including phones and tablets, and we'll probably go back to see what kind of deal they can do when we're looking to get new laptops.
I went to buy the newly launched iPhone. It wasn’t available at any other store, I then called wantirna south store and they helped me get the iPhone which was sooo in demand. Loved the experience
