Great stock range and staff are helpful as much as they can be. The store can get very busy so wait times to get individual help can be a challenge. The payment queue doesn't take that long, always appeeciate that they have every register open.

Came in to buy a camera today. Asked for help and waited for someone to show up. Ended up leaving as no one came to help. Went to Ted's Cameras instead and got the same camera cheaper with better customer service.

Just got a ps4 controller after a LOT of deliberation - spoke to Cayden and he was so so helpful.talked me through all my options, helped me research, and came back to check on me then gave me a price match straight away.thank you again!

It's a new store in Knox shopping centre. Well lit and full of stock. Staff are helpful.

Good store, but parking has always been a pain. I do believe this store is moving in to knox main building soon.
Would of been 5 stars but the lady that did my refund was standoffish.

Brand-new store fit out, moved into main shopping centre. Should check it out the new store if you went to the old store.

Not very happy experience. Went to pick up at the loading bay. No one waited outside and no signs placed outside. Trying to find some and looking through the door. A staff came to me and looked after my order. She asked me to step back from the door and turned back to look for my order.i did so. Then a male staff came from outside and said i stand on the wrong spot. I respect the rules but please put some signs for customers to follow instead of moving us around like a fool.

Team are lovely when I need help to look for click and collect bay. I'm not familiar with the area that much, the problem is that there's too many trucks unloading and so hard to get to the back. Would be nice if it was managed parking bay bit more better.

Time to check out what's new in the computer / tablet market. Since Victoria is in lockdown, it is expected the shop to be very quiet. In fact, all the shops and restaurants in Knox O-Zone, where JB Hi-Fi is located, is rather lifeless.

It is a typical JB Hi-Fi store, bright, with plenty of floor stock including very large screen TV and computers and accesories.

I explain to my wife various computers including laptops and 2-in-1 laptop tablet combo on display. We cannot see any Samsung tablets in the area, so I ask one of the sales staff where they are. He points to the direction of the display area.

With hardly any customers in the store, I feel that the staff could provide us with much better service, by taking us to the spot. Even though I may not need the extra attention, he should have asked a few more questions to find out our requirement, and demonstrate some marketing skill.

There are not that many Samsung tablets on display. It could be that many have been sold and not replaced.

I reckon the staff need to pay more attention to customer service. They should not assume the potential customers know exactly what they look for, or have enough knowledge of the products, or understand the capability of the product.

Furthermore, there is not a need to have two people standing near the exit chatting away.

In short, I do sincerely recommend JB Hi-Fi conduct some staff training in customer service and marketing.

I am writing this on behalf of my boomer mother. "I want to thank Mitch (a shout out to Joe) from the storeroom for all the hard work and the great interpersonal skills and the service they provided me when my TV had issues. They went above and beyond normal customer service and kept me in the loop in regards to all the repairs. Unfortunately the TV wasn't able to repaired. However they were very good especially during the COVID period to provide me with a replacement TV with an equivalent value. They treated me as a valued customer with respect and courtesy which I really appreciated. Therefore I would like to give them a positive feedback. Regards, Elizabeth

Very good place to buy tech, one of the staff named Michael is a great person to get info about the TV’s very energetic guy. Definitely recommend him to get information!

Michael was just amazing! He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He has an awesome work ethic. We had a great shopping experience looking for a TV. The staff at JB Hi Fi Knox are just wonderful.

I love jb, has everything you need at good prices! Sometimes hard to get a sales person.but there always happy to negotiate prices and give good advice!

Customer service was bad they need more floor staff we were waiting at least 15minutes before any one acknowledged us after being ignored by others close by

I love it at this store, its huge and they have everything in the one store.not like in the city where certain stores sell cds movies n games etc, then you hike a few kms to find a store that sells electronic gear and tvs etc.

Excellent store with knowledgeable staff, great hours and very competitive prices. The latest TVs on show seem particularly spectacular and it's hard to leave without one of the bargains you'll find in the clearance bins!

Great range of products staff always helpful and knowledgeable, if they don't know something they find someone who can go there whenever l go to Knox City.

JB is always interesting for electronics and Home ware. This store seems not laid out well. Staff couldn't work out where the Oled TV's had gone

Went to buy a tablet. No mucking around. Staff member went out the back and got me a Samsung tablet that they had on special for $198 that I had seen online. I also bought a cover for $39.95.

Had been to the Good Guys store before JB. My son and I stood waiting for at least 10 minutes. There was only 1 guy serving and I admit he had a customer that was a pain to deal with. But he never even acknowledged us. In the end, I had to go and ask if they could get someone else to serve. A guy came who obviously knew nothing about computers. I had no faith that he would be able to help me so we left.

The store itself is fine and generally well stocked. But the people there are apathetic and do not want to make any effort to help or do anything other then what they are specifically paid to do I.e. Take payment for items.
