39Wonderful service, was trying to find the Razer Death Adder V2 wired mouse and the nice man told me it had been discontinued but that he would see if they had any left over stock in another store, he called around and got one sent over from NSW. I was so happy because it was a gift. Thanks so much dude!
After such bad service at Elizabeth street jb hi I decided to vic gardens and was served by Dev, and he was so so sweet, informative and lovely. Best customer service.
Some people think it's helpful to push a product even tho they haven't worn it themself.
The website showed this store as being the only one with a specific smart watch in stock. So we drove in to grab it. Upon arriving we could see it in the display cabinet, but couldn't find the box to take to the counter to purchase. A staff member came to help us and looked up in their system and confirmed they didn't have any in stock. We then enquired about a different model and he confirmed that one was in stock.
When we enquired about price matching Amazon he hesitated and very reluctantly said "mmm. ONLY if it's Amazon Australia. " To which I said it was and I showed him it was from the official Garmin Amazon page too. He muttered something about we had to prove it also included a warranty and wandered off. I assumed to check for us. It was very confusing because I have purchased two things from JB hi-fi in the last 6 months and both have had no issues price matching with Amazon. And also being from Garmin's Amazon store, it includes the standard Garmin warranty.
We stood there awkwardly waiting for him to return, but he never did. He walked back towards us several times but when he saw us waiting circled back around to pretend to straighten merchandise or attempt to help other customers who declined his services. I stood there at the end of the aisle looking around and very obviously waiting before asking my partner if he was deliberately avoiding us. I'm not sure if this is due to him not wanting to do the price match due to not receiving commission, or what the issue was, but it was really frustrating.
We ended up leaving and deciding to just buy it off Amazon. What a waste of time and money, as we had to pay for parking and the petrol to drive there and back. Next time we'll just stay home and shop online. ️
(Would give zero stars for this team member if I could. Giving 2 stars as the last time I came to this store to purchase a phone they also had stock issues not matching the website, so it seems to be an ongoing issue, but at least the staff member last time was apologetic and helpful. He also happily price matched Amazon for me and didn't awkwardly try to avoid me instead!)
Staff were very helpful for recomending EOFY purchases and what qualifies and doe not qualify among headsets.

1 start as the customer rep I chose to approached provided terrible service and show a lack intention to provide support.
The service rep pointed to where the product I was looking for "might" and ignored me.after a while I found what I was looking for but it was locked.so had to go back to tell him I found it and needed help. I he would have stuck to help I would not have wasted so much time.
5 stars for Bradley for being so incredibly flexible and patient with our complicated purchase. Excellent customer service compared to other branches. Highly recommend the team at Vic Gardens.

Good, patient service from the employees. The shop has a lot of the stuff in stock so it's easy to pick up what you want.
Catering more towards personal items than the big goods. Store has a nice compact layout. You'd find most essentials here. Staff are helpful.
I bought a phone at JB Victoria Gardens, and it was a great experience all round. I went at a quiet time and I got lots of help from the young man (Chennis? Not sure, but from Nepal). He was informative and helpful and patient. Well done.
Update: the phone was a bit problematic and Jenish and Luke were super helpful over several visits. Six stars.
What a boring JB! I love going through the DVD and CD section and there were no DVDs or CDs at this JB! What a waste of a JB
Hey, it's small but the staff know their Android phones from their DJI drones. Also there's no Blu-rays or records here. It's just an old school JB that does tech. Ain't their fault. Just how it is.
JB stores and online are generally awesome. Though at this particular store I had an unfortunate experience when picking up a repaired item, as arranged by customer service at their HQ. The member of staff was so derisory, and mockingly vitriolic it ended up being comical - like a caricature on shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm. Other customers might not have been amused - so roll the dice if you wish. Giving two stars because the whole team shouldn’t be tarred by one bad apple, and everyone can have bad days.
Worst service I had from their manager, the lady who is the manager is so racist and made me feel unwelcome, I bought something from another shop and I had asked if they have the big JB HiFi plastic even though I offered to pay for it, all her staff members were okay with until she came and started screaming at me and the next thing you know she’s like do you want us to call security, left immediately but as I was walking out her stuff were still caring and asked if I was okay and some of the customers were just like at me like I’ve stollen something until they saw me go to EB Games to collect my PS5 console

Smaller JB but staff are pleasant to deal with and clearly competent. I don't need more than that!
Juliana was absolutely amazing, she helped me get the best quality laptop for the best price. The first laptop had some issues so she price matched me with a better laptop and reset it infront of me and cleaned it. She was amazing and i am absolutely impressed and amazed at her customer service
Friendly and helpful staff make this a great store. It's quite small compared to their other stores so it doesn't have TVs and hi-fi equipment, catering instead to tech like phones, tablets and laptops, as well as game consoles. It was also pretty quiet when I was there so you'll be served quickly.
Service here is always great! Staff always falling over themselves to help you and of offer suggestions or alternatives.
