5 stars for Ryan who spent the time explaining different headphones to me.

If the headphones weren't sold out I would of brought some there and then.

Disappointed I couldn't help Ryan with a sale

PS5. A big thanks to JB HI-FI Traralgon for being decent people and retailers, to take names and phone no's for people interested in getting hold of a PS5. I was in-store 2-3 weeks ago buying something and asked when the next PS5's are coming.
Dunno, but would you like to put your name down for a call - Yes. I get a phone call today 3-12-20 asking what style of PS5 I would like. You guys rock for being so decent and ethical to look after the genuine customers who want a PS5 at RRP, to enjoy playing on without having to support a $#! & scalper

As good as other JB Hi-Fis. Smaller out in the country though. Would be nice if it was sized the same as other ones like Knox city

They were very busy while I was there and so I was disappointed by how long they took to help me make the purchase I had already decided on.
I do not like how the salesperson only tried to push the one phone carrier in spite of me saying I was happy with my existing carrier.

The Security guard at the door was so hostile.
Greeted me by saying "No cash, only card".
The sales rep had a very rude attitude.
Please learn some nice manners.
I am so disappointed by this store.

Always love coming here, even if I don't buy anything!
Customer service here is always superb (which I personally am hard to please on). I'd specifically like to name a few staff such as Stu and Dinesh who always provide great service, whom should be praised for their work long term. I'll scope out more staff I can give credit to as I keep coming in. Looking forward to coming again, keep it up guys!

Disappointing.
I went in with an ASUS tablet that I had purchased from the store and the keypad mouse was not working. Staff member could not help. I had an extended warranty for replacement and was told ring the warranty line and they will send a replacement tablet and I was told I would bring mine back the tablet and it would be replaced. What the staff member did not know that the replacement only applied to items purchased under $500 would be replaced and that I would have to send my tablet to SYDNEY to be looked at.
I was in a Harvey Norman store and happened to mention my problem and was told that the keypad mouse could be turned on or off with a function key on the model I had. I did this and bingo the problem was fixed.
My criticism is that your staff person was firstly, not aware of the functions on the tablet you sold and he did not try to find someone else who may help and secondly he was not aware of the replacement warranty terms.

Having second thought about the Traralgon store and the replacement warranty is a little misleading until you read the fine print.

One of the few places that still sells old-school music formats like CDs, and has a large range of competitively priced entertainment hardware and accessories. A shop I find it hard to leave empty handed ‍

JB HiFi is always a good experience. The store is a little small and doesn't have the range of stores you might find in Melbourne, however staff are very helpful and eager to help

Easy to get to, and super friendly staff. Layout is a little strange (pay at the very back) but seems to have heaps of stock of everything which is great.

Hmmmm, I usually am very happy with the customer service at this place- not my last visit. The salesman was not interested in serving an older person who wasn't very tech savvy. I was interested in
3 items, but the assistant (or not!) was in a hurry and disinterested. Now I wish I hadn't bought anything!

Excellent in store service. However, their online service is a joke, because they use Toll to deliver their parcels. Toll is the most incompetent delivery company around. Australia Post put them to shame. I'd suggest you buy in store to avoid the infuriating hassle of having to deal with Toll.
