JB Hi-Fi Traralgon

What is customer service in this store. Went down to exchange faulty items that I had previously spoken to a lovely lady over the phone about, 2 staff members didn't want to help or be there, 1 of those was rude and arrogant and she had bad attitude, trying to tell me they couldn't help as the item was two years old (has a three year warranty), FINALLY a great guy named DANIEL actually had some customer service and was able to help me.if you know what u want and don't need help go here. If you actually need customer service AVOID

Absolutely amazed by the customer service myself and my husband received from Colin in the Traralgon store.
What a wealth of knowledge this man has. Our shopping experience was so easy with Colin who answered all our questions with confidence and assisted in so many ways in our purchase.
Colin was extremely friendly, not pushy at all and provided us with all the information we needed.
The price was great and the communication for installation and delivery was 10/10. Could not recommend Colin and his team enough. Our shopping experience was made so pleasurable and easy because Colin gave us the time to inform us on all our options. Will absolutely be shopping at Jb hifi Traralgon again for our next electrical purchase. It’s so nice to receive good old fashion customer service locally. Well done Colin

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who went the extra yards to look at different options to charge my laptop. I had left my laptop powerpack at home. Purchasing a high watt adapter and USB-C met my immediate need, gives me flexibility for other devices and was cheaper than buying a laptop specific charger pack.

Staff are very helpful and explain things in detail before you purchase anything from them. Product knowledge from the young gentleman who assisted me was excellent.

Still one of my favourite JB stores, even if I don't get down to this neck of the woods very often.

Today we visited JB in Traralgon looking for a senior school laptop for our daughter. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tina. Her product knowledge was fantastic and what she wasn't 100% on she asked her manager Mark. She assisted in helping us out with a full package of laptop, software, antivirus and storage, then even helped us with an upsell of a Nintendo Switch for the family. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience.

I was lucky enough to have Colin assist me with purchasing a $3500 Sony TV and a jbl sound bar, top of the range! His customer service was outstanding and Colin was honest and knowledgeable. We will continue shopping here & I’ll ask for Colin everytime!

This is an odd Jbhifi. The customer service is either fantastic or woefully bad. It all depends on who you get.

Bought few items here and was over charged on discounted headphones. Went back to counter with reciept and jb hi employee that just served me hand balled the refund to workmate, then when his mate said you didn't discount the headphones, original guy said hey gotta make money somehow!

Excellent courteous service, thorough product knowledge, sold us a product that met our needs, and best of all no pressure selling
