Just wanted to say thanks heaps to avril from greensborough JB for being so nice and helpful with replacing my phone under warranty. 10/10 service thanks again!

I purchased my lap top computer from here. Staff were very helpful to me. I am really happy with my purchase.

Larger than most JBs. Sales galore when I was there. Has a nice collection of pop culture stuff along with their movies.

Fast efficient service. Ask for a better price.they always gove a bit more off. Today I bought $159 headphones and got them for $148

Probably the best jbhifi store I've been too. Always very helpful and it doesn't get crazy busy as much like a lot of other stores

One of the staff was really helpful and corrected the mistake made at their The Glen store. Good stuff.

Always friendly and helpful. Old mate at the door even gives you a free stamp on your receipt when you leave the store.don't be afraid to bargain with them.

Spent 20 minutes walking around the tv/sound area looking for a staff member to buy a soundbar, ended up leaving and passing 5 staff at the main counter hovering over there phones laughing.

Well organised I guess - lol. I can never find what I want quickly and I get cranky and impatient - lol. (I hate shopping!)
The staff are always pleasant, courteous and quick to find whatever item I need.
The one really odd thing in the Greensborough store (my local store) is that that the checkout is hidden in the middle of the store.very confusing and bewildering for someone like me who only goes in there once or twice a year.

Long wait for help with product recommendations and a very uninterested staff member assisted us with a choice of earphones. Told us all the products there were about the same and instead of getting a device to unlock the shelf he got scissors to cut the hanging device from the rack. Very unhappy with this service

The staff at Greensborough are so friendly the prices at JB are usually very very good but like everything you need to shop around but this is certainly one of my go-to stores it's a smaller one but it's the staff make it worthwhile

Has some good range of products. First time in a jb HiFi I got some good service. Usually no one cares about a customer but this store was different.

I chose to go to JB because I needed specialist advice about a purchase. I was conned into buying something that did not meet my clealy stated needs and when I returned the manager treated me like a nuisance and my custom unworthy of his attention. The star.is for refunding my money without question. Not good enough unlike JB Prahran.

It's a good store with just about anything you could need or want. Service is real hit and miss. There's a chance you can get incredibly helpful assistance really easily, and equally it can take ages to get assistance and even then it might be someone who is curt and unhelpful.

No one bothered to come and serve me when wanting to buy a TV and it's happened before! I won't be visiting again

Okay, so with JB the prices are high, they are high because that have a no fuss return policy and the cost of the replacement is out into the initial price. You could get a similar product on line somewhere else for a cheaper price. Having said this, they do have discounted items that ARE at a good price. Be on the look out for these. Most product prices can be reduced just by asking.

Never able to find anyone to assist - even on days when I arrive as they open the roller door. As a result, they have missed out on quite a few big purchases, including a $6000 TV, which I bought much cheaper elsewhere (at a department store). Actually, even to this day, JB is not able to match the price I paid elsewhere. I remember when they used to be known for being the '"price smashers' - not any more. I now use the store as a walk-in catalogue (as it's local) and then buy at other stores. They need more staff!

Staff in Greensborough are really not that helpful you can wander around for a fair while and they won't actually come and serve you.
