JB Hi-Fi Greensborough HOME

I had to replace my phone during lockdown last Sunday as it started to become very intermittent and was required for work purposes. I called JB Hifi at Greensborough and was put through to an employee named Jack. Jack was extremely helpful and patient and his product knowledge and service was exceptional. He is a credit to JB.

Best customer service, staff are great. I drive past 2 other JB stores to go back to Greensborough, See you soon.

Amount the larger JB hi-fi stores. Liked the fact that my click and collect order was ready within 15 minutes and took me just 5 minutes to collect it

The staff here are really nice. If you're a repete customer they remember you and 7f they can they voluntarily discount:)

DVD'S are not dead technology! This is my hill and I'll take as many with you as I can. When covid finally over comes humanity in our Mad Max style landscape with the internet dead my collection will be worth more than you can possibly imagine!

The ease and polite service of the people at jb for click and collect during lock down was delightful and I would do it again.

Not bad but staff alittle unfriendly and the store is a little more cramped compared to the others.

The man 'adem' who served me, gave me a big kiss on the lips for being a valued customer of Greensborough JB-HI-FI.

Stood near a product that had no price and no one stopped to help. Actually had better luck googling and finding the website. I would have been there for 3 to 4 minutes.

I must say sales of monitor area (one lady and male today) especially the lady is so not professional.she introduce nothing to me at all today. No attitude no passion, confuse why hire this kind of ppl? Even complain when turning around. Fine, buy monitor on Amazon is better than here.

Everytime I've gone into the DVD section l have given up because of the extremely loud music blaring out of the ceiling speakers.
Last time it was heavy metal music, couldn't think straight so l walked out.
Young store managers forget to realize that the middle aged spenders don't like that kind of atmosphere to shop in.

Jack at Greensborough JB Highfi is a great person to deal with, he gives you time, support and best advice.

The staff at JB Hi-Fi Greensborough are fantastic. They know their product range and are very helpful. There are other JB Hi-Fi Branches closer to home but its worth driving the extra few Km's to get great service. Nathan a special thank you to you, if I could give you a 6 star rating I would. You make the customer experience pleasurable.

Too many things displayed on the floor and too many signage. Hard to find the customer service counter.

Neat and tidy store. Aisles clear of stock and plenty of stock on the shelves. Staff very helpful and was able to answer our enquiry within minutes. Very happy with service and experience.

Today l went to J b hifi and had the best customer service ever by a young gentleman his name is Nathan could not fault him he went out of his way to help me with a cd purchase
The greensborough store is doing something right in hiring wonderful staff members like him

A lot of stuff, helpful staff, seemingly everything though is always on sale, so you never know if something is cheap or not.

Absolutely useless click and collect service. Urgently needed a new phone and after correctly entering all my details, they rejected it as fraudulent, twice. Maxed out my card, took the funds out of the account so i couldn't even purchase a phone anywhere else. And after calling to resolve this issue another way, was told there's nothing they can do. USELESS! Go to office works or Harvey Norman
