67Really unhappy with the dell laptop purchased off a month ago. Whilst buying, I clearly told the sales person that I wanted something where I shouldn't have issues with the heating of the laptop or the fan issue. Just went to them and the manager said if we send this off it will cost me additional $80 for the normal check up. Very dissatisfied and that was just the day after when the laptop was originally placed. At least, listen before making a recommendation. Feeling sorry that I trusted your sales person.

Love this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great electronics. I have purchased hdmi cables, phone chargers, dvds, computers and I even purchased a home surveillance system there. Great place with great specials most of the time
No friendly staff. Wait time is long. JB should ban phone from staff, rather then playing with their phone, see if there a customer in the store.
We go here on occasions to meet friends. Reasonable selection of stores. Parking good usually.
The dumplings in the food court are to die for. Fantastic.
One of my favourite JB HI-FI stores, and will always come here. Majority of the time they have my desired products in stock, and if not they will kindly find the nearest store that has it in stock and put it on hold for me. One gentleman I see nearly everytime I come in, always ensures that I have a great customer experience, and that I leave happily. Great job!
EDIT: purchased the wrong dvd set and went to exchange it for the correct one. As a result I was to recieve money back due to the differences in prices, however after selecting the correct account (savings) for the money to go back instantly it still has not returned to my account, turns out the girl who served me clicked credit, so now I have to wait days for my money to be returned. Was not happy with how the team member made the exchange process so complicated.
