I used to like shopping at JB Hi-Fi stores, back in the day when they sold things related to Hi-Fi like CDs & DVDs.
Now you can just about expect to find anything related to electronics & household appliances.

JB HI-FI Cranbourne Park HQ was the best place to shop at. I was greet warmly & the young lady sale assistant asked if I needed help. After telling what I needed. I was escorted to the right area of the shop. And then was shown the right item that I need. I was treated with respect. I will shop thete again.

Myself and fiancé came in tonight to buy a new tv, Blake the salesman was the worst salesmen ever. Went in there knowing what I wanted to buy, he was so degrading when I said I didn’t want the $1500 tv. “Okay don’t expand your budget an extra $500” then when I said on the website the price was a little cheaper compared to what it was in store. He then proceeded to complain that I didn’t want to make up the extra $30 compared to what it was online…. Only given 2 stars because of the girl at the front desk who was helpful getting us to the loading dock to pick it up, and the boss man in the warehouse who helped us to get it into the van.

Message for Blake from sales rep to sales rep: Stop being so pushy and forcing an up sell, you will get no where in life being so pushy and degrading.

Staff here are always really helpful. I've had online orders to pick up and shopped in store and everyone is super helpful. The manager did a great deal on a record player and speakers for me and the security guy is always so friendly and polite on entering and exiting the store. JB will price match if you find a better deal too. Highly recommend these guys.

I want to give them zero, but one for trying so hard to scam people into buying a product they don't want. One star for the persistence of the girl who could not explain the difference between the product I wanted and the one she was trying to get rid of. Staff must be educated in manners and the technical info to provide at least a two-star services.

I was looking to purchase a turntable, and the JB site said the model I wanted was in stock at this store. It was convenient for me on the day to go there. So I wait for assistance then eventually get it. The staff member checks there system which says it is also in stock. Off he goes to get it, 10 minutes later it’s pretty clear he has no idea where it is. I ask why it isn’t in stock and he can’t explain or more likely is unwilling. I ask if he will report the problem and he says it’s not he’s job. He cannot seem to comprehend that attitude means the problem will possibly roll on to someone else now. Remind him that it’s not ideal and disappointing and that he now has a customer leaving annoyed. All I get is a sarcastic ‘have a nice day’. Leave the store and decide to seek an explanation from the store manager and discuss the unsatisfactory performance of her staff. While a nice lady it was an excuse and basically she blamed staff for not updating the system and sometimes these things happen. No apology offered by either staff member.
How is it that billion dollar company lacks an inventory system that is efficient and doesn’t seem to function in real time? I’ll buy the turntable direct from the manufacturer now, there is no way I will give that money to JB Hi Fi.

I really appreciate the customer service, where someone just asks "do you need any help". It just makes such a difference to the shopping experience knowing you are valued

Got most of what I needed. Had trouble getting a staff member to help, they were more at the front of store. Prices were abit more than other stores

Very bad. I went to the store to return a phone which I bought a week ago because I want to exchange with another phone. They didn't allow me to exchange and I have to use the same phone. A very bad experience.

The staff member who helped me find what I needed was friendly, professional, and efficient. JB Hi-Fi is one of my favourite stores and I'm glad to say that the Cranbourne JB is up to scratch.

If possible I will give them 0 or Minus star rating. Not a single representative had manners. I was there today to buy fridge. Need some guidance & more info on some items. Literally 4 representative ignored me. They were running here & there but no one came to help. Finally I asked them for help, one said I will complete my work & then help you. I dont know what he was doing for 20mins in the same aisle as I was. Really very disappointed with service. Really wanted give them hard time that time, but I did not wanted to waste my time & energy.

Knowledgeable staff member when I questioned them about a new purchase. Went away to compare to other stores on return said member was on a break, other staff avoided making contact having to wait for original staff to return was ok as hopefully she got the credit for sale. Other staff could learn a thing of her

Was just browsing the phone and one of the staff member offered that they were having a sale, really loved his service and he was very helpful, I think his name was Rhys. Thanks to this gentleman for helping us and us know about the promotion around the store, hope to get all this information and service one receive.
