JB Hi-Fi Bendigo

Its a great place to get DVDs and cds as well as there are great tvs but the prices can be high

The guy that served us with the telstra sim swaps was fantastic. He wasn't in it for the sale, he was in it for the customer service. Great considering good customer service us great to find these days, especially at the Bendigo Telstra store.

Despite the system being down the service was great. Can't remember the guy's name but he had big red shoes on, go see him!

Went in on boxing day to take advantage of the sales and the place was packed.staff were doing an amazing job of controlling the crowd, keeping the stock out and getting everyone served

JB Hi-Fi is a nirvana for all things entertainment. Best stock of movies and music in Bendigo by far and great value if you delve a little deeper. I know sometimes the staff cop a lashing for their service or attitudes but I have always found them to be knowledgable, courteous and approachable. One of my favourite Bendigo stores.

Yep definitely JB HI FI, those people who are different but the same. Just don't head in, within the last hour of when they close.in the last half hour every staff member you come across will let you know they are closing.they have a good range for bendigo, but you better know what you are after and make it quick!

The store itself is good but the service can be up or down depending on who you get on the day. It was more fun when there was more margin to negotiate on price for certain big ticket items

Always fun & easy place to shop. Staff are terrific, even directing you to one of their colleagues if they better know the product. Huge choices & friendly helpful service make it a definite buisness my family & I will happily shop at in future. Cheers. Well done JB HiFi.

Great Staff with regular specials. A huge range of computers, cameras, TV, music, and a great stock of accessories. Orders can be made on the app, and collected in an hour.

Didn't have to wait too long for service. Store was fairly busy. Once got served the guy was very friendly and helpful.

Always a great place to shop for the latest in technology and bluray/DVDs. Prices always impress as does the great range and staff knowledge.

Disgusting at the lies the sales rep did to family member with pricing of ps4 and ps4pro. Charged twice at what they displayed in catogue. And to push there sale said the pricing is more for ps 4 pro but in reality charged the price of ps4 pro for normal ps. Be careful at this particuler store and know what your buying as they will lie just to push a sale. Know the price too so they cant put it up if u do a walk in buy.

Great product choice, but limited staff available to help due to busy-ness of the Christmas rush, meaning the service was slower than usual.

Very helpful staff who know what they're talking about. Good deals. Just struggle with the layout of the store at busy times as the register is at the back of the store.

Been to this store many times and never been approached by a worker asking if I need a hand. They are always friendly at the register though

Can usually get what I want here, and at a good price. However, the store is hard to navigate. They need to install proper signage so customers can find what they're looking for

Went on a hugely busy day to JB-Fi to buy a new phone and whatnot. Waited a while for service but you get that on the big jobs! Daniel who served me was a legend and did a top job switching me over to a plan and everything and he even managed to help out other customers while the system was loading. Very happy

Friendly staff, however at times understaffed and left customers waiting around. Store seem very clustered, products everywhere and not alot of walking spaces for customers. Right in Bendigo CBD, walking distance of shops and restaurants. Paid on road parking, harder to find a park at peak hours.
