The staff and manger here never fail to be professional and friendly that I have encountered I would recommend JB to anyone looking for good service.
And amazingly they always answer their phone unlike some places!

The products are always excellent, but customer service, especially when it's click and collect or bulky items can be hit or miss.

I bought a record player here (I know old school) and made the mistake of not talking to an expert there. Therefore I just bought the cheapest and surprise surprise it was rubbish. Took it back and this time talked to someone who knew what they were talking about. He really explained the pros and cons of each model and really helped me make the right choice. I strongly advise asking to speak to someone who is knowledgeable about the device you are looking for. Worth asking what the best price is too as sometimes there us leeway. No hassle in making the exchange. No pressure to buy the most expensive. Just genuine guidance. Got it home and it sounds incredible. Great experience.

Mate the staff in this joint are so full of them selves it's a wonder they don't walk into things with there noses that high. Get a life honestly it ain't cool to work at jb hi fi.

Big fan of JBHIFI great selection plus they always have great deals. Just recently got a pair of ear buds from here in and out in 5 mins

Friendly staff and good collection of items. My Apple AirPods Repair took 35 days to complete. Should have gone to Apple instead.

The item I wanted wasn't on display so staffer climbed a ladder to see if it was amongst the items in the storage cage above the display and rang upstairs to see if there was any spare stock. There wasn't. She went upstairs and finally found one amongst the stock that had been delivered that morning. Star employee! 5 out of 5 for effort and customer service!

Great products always good quality. Covid safe and accessible. Friendly staff, getting a park is a bit of a hassle. Overall a good store.

Great range, great prices, but the highlight is the staff. Everytime I go in there, the staff are amazing, polite, super helpful, and really seem to enjoy their job. What a great atmosphere.

My goodness the staff seem to work very well together, being such a busy store & so much going on, I found their ear peices extremely respectful in getting their jobs done & super quick, without the need to call out to each other or run around the store trying to find the person they need.
I replaced a speaker I had extended warranty on as a gift, they showed where I could find a replacement & helped me choose the one for me.
They made the process look simple, & I didn't mind waiting to the side as they served others as I knew they had someone coming to help me.
The speaker works great, & yes I purchased extended warranty again.

Walked into shop had young man serve us straight away and walked out with new phone in less than 20 minutes

Came up from Melbourne for a day trip, called in here, the store greeter/security guy was really pleasant, said hello with a genuine sincerity. The sales representatives were also pleasant and attentive. A very pleasant experience.

Got all tha techy goodies with SOME knowledgeable staff, tha rest are just counter jockies, but its worth some of tha great deals

Went to purchase an item which said on in stock on the website, got there and no stock. This is not the first time that this has happened to me with jb hi-fi, so not impressed. Staff did not even attempt to see when they will have more, just tried to sell me a more expensive item

Went while it was quiet and no one came to see if I needed assistance after waiting in the mobile phone section for 20min, I'll buy a mobile phone elsewhere

Excellent customer service, very approachable, friendly & helpful. Assistance is A1 in finding what you need that is most suitable, opposed to just trying to sell you the most expensive item available.
Store is well stocked, set out, clean and inviting.
