64I did a good amount of research & shopping online for a nice 55" Samsung Q7FN.very impressed that manager at JB Hifi priced matched for same price which saved a good few $$$ with a 2 year warranty. I could have bought cheaper on Ebay but felt safer buying from a store. Only problem was my sister-in-law was so impressed with the TV that she wanted the same TV also. I went back to JB Hifi again and they gave me the same deal as before. Excellent customer service - thanks guys!
Hard to get any service or assistance with anything at all basically. Staff are too busy looking busy or just chatting with each other to bother helping anyone in store.
Great store, so much stuff in there I had not seen before. Heaps of staff on at the time and willing to help you.
I get mixed service here some employees are completely incompetent and rude while others are polite and do there best to help that's why i gave this place a 3 stars id personally recommended to avoid this place
