JB Hi-Fi

Very poor customer service. Went to check the phone which was around $300 and was on display but turned off. I asked staff if they can turn it on but without any effort from a far distance I was told "if its not working then we can't do anything.

I love this jb-hifi. They have great customer service. A good match if men and women, and everyone knows what they're doing. It's honestly my favourite jb.

Always fun to visit when you have money to spend. Sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful when you can grab one. Prices seem matched to other big retailers.

I only did online click & collect but I will definitely use that service again. It was well organised and super easy to use, especially with the ability to push a button online to say I'd arrived and not need to call anyone, the staff were super quick to bring it out to me.
Would definitely recommend the click and collect service.

In my experience going to a JB HiFi is a hit and miss affair. I'm not sure for a big retail company whether they have training program for their ground employees BUT I had a good experience today. I did a 'Click & Collect' and the lady at the counter was very courteous and helpful.

Only good experiences at this store. Great prices and range of products. Very quick processing for click & collect orders during the lock-down.

JB Hi-Fi is brilliant it has everything you need ranging from TV's to DVD's and other cool items set in the heart of plenty Valley the staff here are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down and see for yourself

Unbelievable place, the staff were very good, very helpful, this will be the only place l will go for my technology needs.

I miss the JB of old, low prices, knowledgeable staff and not just another good guys or Harvey norman

Staff in this store are always understanding and easy to talk to. Always did their best to assist me, even if the outcome wasn't the one I was looking for, they always made me feel looked after.

"We don't have that" repeat until you find it yourself because they absolutely do have it.

Went to the games section on boxing day, the staff member there was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, thanks again!

Great service. I'm happy with my Motorola g9 Mobile I got and my PS4 pro last year I got in 2020 from JB hi Fi. And many other accessories I got for phone and PS4

Its so hard to catch a staffmember they actively avoid helping you. Had to chase staff down to get security stuff removed. Its a wonder how they sell anything at all

JB HI-FI perfect as always I went in to look for a pop figure that we really pricey but here it was less then half the price honestly what a steal, would definitely recommend to gamers

Although they say they will match price sometimes they do not even if you can pick up from other sellers. Other than that they have a good range and still best price on a lot of their stock. Service guys know their products and give good advice.

Nice lovely place true to its brand name. Easily the best electronic brand in Australia. Well decked up place with almost everything available in this electronic store. Very good customer service with many reps available throughout the store visit. Close to some of the best stores around like Target woollies etc. Well assorted electronic store.

Service here isn't that great, every time I go I have to go on a hunt for a staff member or any kind of service.

Had the worst customer service experience in this store. There were no staff members in the camera area to assist for 40 mins. I asked other staff who had no idea how to help me and were loitering around the desk. They couldn't even complete the purchase for me. Management needs to reassess their staff or retrain them. Post covid times, there are plenty of experienced staff you can hire that will do a much better job. I'm a lenient person but this was disappointing.
