JB Hi-Fi

Always busy and feels a bit cramped; however that is fairly standard for a JB Hi-Fi. Otherwise it's a good store, just like any other.

Had exactly what I wanted by the registers, a phone /computer screen cleaner. I did n`t even know you could get them. Bought my computer from them previously, really helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Amazing pre-Christmas discounts right now! Store is open for instore shopping, fully stocked and very easy to navigate. I found gift inspiration at every corner!

Don't bother if you want any service. Staff much more interested in chatting with each other than offering any assistance. Not the casual attitude of no hassle. They will ignore you even if you go and stand next to them. I ended up buying on line from a different retailer. Won't be going back there in a hurry.

Good store but the aisles are too narrow. Especially in the gaming dept. Can't get around people browsing and sometimes get blocked in the aisles

This place is as good as most other JB HI FI but they are extremely overstocked. It was a hectic battle getting around the people and the products in the middle of the walk ways of the store. The Isles are also way too narrow.

The click and collects are unreal. I ordered, paid and revived notification that the game was ready within 5 minutes. Thanks guys.

Great for pretty much all your entertainment and communication needs. Have preferred JB over all.the other big name tech stores for a long time now.

I bought this attached LED TV from this store and much cheaper as compared to other stores

It's a decent size, but suffers from the same problem that many other stores have where the staff (if you can find one) think that a knowledge of technology is a substitute for a smile and a little personality. Has a great range of Windows laptops, TVs and Bluetooth speakers (!) but the size of all other departments are quite limited.

Treated with the most disgusting behaviour from not only team members but the store manager also. Having been in customer service for a long time, I am genuinely shocked with how I was treated at this store. Will never go back to this store again which is a shame because this store had been a huge part of my schooling years and afterwards when I worked in the centre.

Helpful and intelligent staff. Just hard to find one sometimes! They are able to advise and answer all my tech questions quickly in a polite and friendly way.

If you've been in one JB shop you've seen them all.large arrays of electronic devices.mobs of big price tags.stuff is always on sale.staff have their own little set areas.easy place to shop

Hard to get staff to help. Only interested if they're going to get a sale, not hugely impressed. Prefer other stores.

Really good when it comes to getting Blu-Ray's at reasonable prices. Bought a computer from here no hassles about purchasing antivirus and extra stuff which I really don't find beneficial.

Great variety of technology products. Signage and advertisements within the store is very juxtaposing and may be confusing. Very claustrophobic however the environment is clean. Staff service is good but needs to be more proactive in helping customers.

Friendly customer service. Have everything you need electronically and products are reasonably cheap for the budget conscious families. They also have new releases of movies that left the cinema's and new releases on music too.

Pretty small, it has what you need but if you want any larger selection of products, i'd recommend the one on Nepean hwy

Overpriced most of the time. Trying to find competent technical assistance is a waste of time. They do have a good line of stock though if you don't mind paying the few extra dollars. Nearly $1000 difference for the aame tv in a Good guys catalogue. They wouldn't budge on the price

It's not obvious what their returns policy is. It appears to be stuck in the last millennium. Staff said if it looks okay they may take it back. That's too much of a risk. Floor walking is still a slow hunt. Imagine coded shelves and an app. It will happen, but JB hasn't even imagine it. Good enough retailer of you don't want leading edge.
