JB Hi-Fi

We always buy all the electronics from JB. I find there pricing to be good and they have the latest electronics.

I went to J B Hi Fi, Airport West, on 16/12/2018. I was in a mobility scooter, and the security guard and staff were useless, as i could not get down the isles because it is very narrow, and the security guard and staff would not move the displays, two customers moved it for me, right thru the store.
This store is a nightmare to say the least.
You can never find help ever.
Store untidy and not suitable for wheel chairs or scooters.
This store needs a serious upgrade and new staff and security guard that cares.

Bit smaller then many stores, narrow walking areas would make difficult for wheelchairs to traverse. Good range of products, despite staff not being able to answer questions.

Bought an item which was faulty. Contacted Samsung who advised me to return the item. Dealt with Ash and she was courteous and professional. Exchanged the item for new and it works perfectly!

Very frustrating and bad experience at this store. I went to this store to buy a camera and one of the sales person asked me to wait at the counter as he was looking after another customer. After waiting patiently for about 20 min he finished with the customer, but instead of attending me he went to another customer who entered the store just 2 min ago.

Ok pricing, but make sure you know what you want especially on big ticket items, as these sometimes may look like a bargain but overpriced.

They had CD and DVD sale l went to buy $100+ of CD's and DVD's and they tell me that you don't get the sale price on the 2 together. So l brought nothing, if l was selling the stuff l would be more interested in a sale than some hypocritcal rule

Notebook range is about 40% - 60% more expensive than what they should be. Cables are 400% more expensive, computer software like antivirus are over 2000% more expensive. I really dont understand why people still shop here. Maybe the products i dont need are priced more appropriately...

Not enough staff members on the floor.

Lots of stores conveniently located. Found tgey don't just sell hifi/technology but also vacuums and other home appliances.

Easy to find what you need in the store. The staff seemed to actually care about what you were after and provided help when asked, unlike other places.
