Based on the experiences I've had there, the staff are super friendly, they haven't had any issues with returns I've had and were more than happy to help. Never had any problems there. Good job guys!

Fantastic service Bendigo store could learn alot from Damien who was so helpful and explained everything in detail. Because of this I brought another item due to him being so helpful

Looking for particular product. Asked staff told over there. No help. Couldn't find what I wanted ended up walking out.

Absoulutely never again told the guy what computer we wanted kept trying to sell us a more expensive one that we could not afford told him repeatedly that then he said we needed a anti virus which was more than the cost of the computer what happened to the old JB when they couldnt help you enough no matter what your budget so dissapointed

Customer service is always on point, very knowledgeable on the products. Prices are unbeatable. Great store.

What a joke not accepting cash it is legal tender. Must be making too much oh well your loss someone else's gain

It is hard to get help. They do have some cheaper good quality product but be careful as other items are a lot more expensive.

There staff are always helpful and friendly & no exactly everything there is to no about there products they have in store & if they don't have something u want in stock they'll do what ever it takes to source your item whether it b from Jb HiFi Shepparton or another local business in Shepparton Victoria.

They are awesome and the best in service class apart.
They have vigorous staff and knowledgeable to help you decide what are you actually looking for with the value of money.

Today JB Hi-Fi store but with less of a range than larger stores. Good staff and friendly service. Process similar to metro stores but with far less clearance specials. Can't really expect smaller regional stores to compete with larger metro outlets. Recommend, but worth checking what metro process are available on a store by store basis.

The worst JB I have been to. Trying not to serve customers looking for help must be a team sport. If you want help look at a high price item and they will be all over you.

It's okay for this type of shop. The staff are the same here as in other JOB shops - hard to get and expect that you know everything about electronics - which I don't.

A very busy store, not many people wanted to help. I was there to buy a hard disk, but didn't buy. Good parking available.

Refused to return a faulty laptop. Arrogant piggish staff, can get better customer service online. Had to get the manufacturer to fix under warranty. Reported to ACCC

Good quick service at counter, store seamed to be full of stock and easy to park outside the door. Only thing is shop front on main road has no entrance and no signage that I could see to direct me around the back of the store to fine the doors.

The girl at the front door looked up from her phone just long enough to say hello. Walked around the store watching staff staring off into space while people need assistance. We went in to buy a cctv system after driving an hour, grabbed a catalog and we’ll go to Albury next time. The staff are wonderful in Albury. Also, the entire front of store and car park was full of rubbish. Terrible place to be.

I love this joint. They've always treated me well with my purchases, they were great when I had to take my tv back under warranty, and whenever I've pre ordered collectors editions of games they've been awesome. Take note EB Games, this is how you do it.

Also they have had my phone number like 8 years and have never abused the privilege like most places do

Pretty much your standard JB store, always some good deals to be had, but if you're over 40 you may feel out of place. The young staff don't particularly help put you at ease either, they would obviously prefer to talk to their fellow staff mates. I usually just push on and if I know one is not a customer I interupt them.

A great range of electronics and DVDs, I go here all the time and get great customer service. The employees have great knowledge in what they’re talking about and are always available to help out. The prices are reasonable for electronics
