Never give refunds back.when it's still under warranty talk to people nasty. Bad workers would never recommend going to this store again.

Dominic Nigro was a great addition to this store, he is very pleasant and friendly but still focused and really knows his stuff. Please don’t change him, he’s great with customers and perfect son I mean employee (He is not my son) The reason I gave 3 stars is because the store is messy and the staff would really benefit with tidy uniforms, most of the assistance are scruffy and absolutely vile to look at, expect Dom I’m probably old fashioned but when I was young and in retail we were trained and tidy and kept the store clean and tidy. I’m not having a go at the staff but I think management could improve the image. Regards Totally not Dominic’s Dad

They have a good range for your tech needs some items can be more expensive than office works and service can take a while.

I'd been through a range of devices for internet/connectivity in the remote area that I live in, without much luck. Today I called JB Hifi and spoke to Zaali - she was great! She went through all of the options over the phone and how they compared with the direct service providers. I headed to the store and got a Netgear Nighthawk M2. Back home, set up and things are running faster than ever. Thanks!

I always find this JB has great service even if they don't have everything you need being a smaller store, but staff are willing to help as best they can

Great place for a really simple but delicious lunch and equally for coffee and cake. Quite and peaceful and pleasant people

Brought some bluetooth ear plug things, the staff were great, they had what I wanted in stock and price was fair. I've never had issues with these guys and view them as prob the most trustworthy store to buy electronics etc in the area as in they usually have good warranty and I've yet to have brought a faulty device from them

Service very poor and staff not helpful at all. After sales are pathetic. Have to do runabout to find out what the go is with TV brought in gor repairs.

Young Man who served me was delightful, especially when I had no idea what I was buying for my nephew. He had it all sorted and me out of a very busy Christmas rush in 15mins. Love that. Thanks young man very much.

My husbands and mine first language is not English
And this sales person (a young girl) was mocking my husband
He was polite and tried his best to communicate
People like her are a shame to the shop and Australia

I had to return phone under warranty, the people made an assesment and sent phone away for repair or replace. The phone was repaired and was returned in 6 business days.

JB HiFi is one of my favourite stores. The Shepparton one is let down by the litter strewn around outside the store
I'd never been to Shepparton before and was surprised at the litter on the ground

Professional and friendly service was provided in the store but after purchasing a TV valued at nearly $1000.00 was informed by the sales assistant it would not fit in my vehicle (even though I tried to convince him that it would) and the delivery fee would be $75.00. Seriously? I live only 2.4km from the store. I had to leave my TV at the store. The next day, my partner went to the store and using the same vehicle I used the previous day, picked up the TV and brought it home. How do you explain this JB Hi-Fi and justify charging $75.00 for a delivery to only 2.4km away?

How do i go into JB Hi Fi when the security looks at me with mask exemption I will write to them with a 1 star review. Complete discrimination and nasty signs out your front door entrance to scare people away
