Excellent costumer service by Danien today. There was a problem with my daughter’s laptop. He first gave me the option of repair but it was taking long time to repair the laptop so he offered me a replacement or refund. Very quick, efficient and dedicated to his work.

Staff are friendly and they try and help you, so that they can move on to the next customer. Seems that there isn't enough staff to cope with the demand, I watched people trying to get the attention of the sales assistant helping me on more than one occasion. Perhaps the reason that it is full of customers, (Covid Safe of course, there is a staff member at the door counting), the staff know their stuff and are willing to wait.

Great work and all but when i tried to buy a gift card it never worked and/or go through so i ended up getting a refund and going to EB-Games

I exchanged a faulty tv for an upgraded version. Paid the price difference and brought the tv home. After opening the box at home, I discovered the box contained the same model as the faulty tv I returned not the upgraded version I paid for. Waste of time and energy going back and forth to this store. No attention to detail at all from manager to staff!

I have spent about 30 minutes in the computer section browsing and was interested to find out more about the surface pro.no one came up to check if i needed help.i also couldn't pin point anyone to help me out.either increase ur staff number or give them a better training.i think that was a terrible service i have recieved!

If you are shopping for video games JB Hi-Fi is consistently cheaper than EB Games. Always check here first

Great service and products from this store. The staff are always very happy to help with enquiries. I buy many of my products from JB Hi-Fi.

Young staff are knowledgeable about computers and phones, and very helpful whenever I go there but the older staff, maybe managers, are rather arrogant. They just want to sell goods. However, the staff at Chadstone are very diffetent. They are sophisticated and attentive.

This store gets very busy, but I've been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Even during the Boxing Day sales, the line moved quickly and the staff were very friendly. I've never had to wait long for assistance.

I also had an issue with a pair of headphones I bought here, and I was able to return them with no fuss at all. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Staff were great and it was only about 1 min until closing. The guy made sure that what I was buying was what I needed, and all in good humour too - especially as by this time it was past closing time.

Absolutely no staff available to answer questions at 1100am on a Friday. Waited and waited for help only to be treated egregiously rudely by the manager.

Quick service with goods packaged and prepared well. The fastest collection ever! I'm loving my laptop!

Worst shop staff experience. Although harvey norman can be irritating for being ott, this shop is the complete opposite.

No one from the staff smile or even acknowledge your presence. The shop was empty. I even moved away to let a staff pass with a big box and no thank you, no hi, no eye contact.

I stayed and tried 5 vaccum cleaner and no staff even then acknowledged my presence.

That's comical in a way, felt like i was mr invisible

Exceptional range of movies and solid range of consumer electronics. Staff are friendly and professional and the layout of this store flows fairly well but as with all JB stores can be a little tight for prams and wheel chairs. This store is conveniently located in the Westfield Doncaster center and is very easy to get to. Worth a visit if you are looking for a good selection of movies and want to have a look at the latest tech.

Staff level appeared to be inadequate to handle the number of people waiting to be served at the register. Once I managed to get to the counter; staff member was very friendly and did apologize for the wait. Store was clean and as expected.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Store was generally ordered and cleanly. Boxing day sales were on point too!

Excellent range of electronics of all kinds from TVs to phones to laptops. Not to mention DVDs, CDs and even back in fashion vinyls. Service is not always the best though - sometimes having to wait for a staff member for assistance.
