I’d received a really good, detailed, and professional service from Josh in purchasing a PS5. Josh sounded very knowledge and spent time and energy explaining the consoles. Thanks Josh.

Customer service needs a little work, interactions with staff can be hit and miss. Some seem very knowledgable whereas others seem clueless. I asked in the music equipment section where i could find an XLR cable and the response was "whats that".

Everytime I get a new phone it is always from this JB Hi Fi, their customer service is incredibly nice compared to other JB's around the area. The overall helpfulness and willingness to help is a great factor for a great store and this JB has nailed it. There is this person called Sam who works at the phone area of the store and he is a great guy. Everytime I wanted to get a new phone or an insight on which phones are good, he was always there wanting to help. In conclusion Doncaster's JB is incomparable to other JB's in terms of its helpfulness and insight on the best deals.

These guys always provide great service, never an issue with a return, recently I found a nice hand written note with a poem when I ordered a click and collect, nice touch.

Swung by JB Hi-Fi and they were able to secure one from another store.

Archaic processes define this stalwart of Australian retail. I'm still imagining a better back-end to support a streamlined customer service experience to allow their devout customer service team to actually serve customers and not keep them waiting 30 minutes in a well staffed but not overly busy store. JB still have some work to do arming their staff with all the tools they need to respond quicker, made decisions and sell products

Hands down one of the worst stores. Most of the good staff only last here a few months then move on. Leaving just rude staff who are happy to stand around and chat with each other whilst the customer waits to pay for their goods. It is normally well stocked and conveniently placed store though so I will keep risking being annoyed here.

Incredible service from the store manager Emmerson. We needed to change our delivery preference after placing an online order, and Emmerson was extremely helpful, flexible and prompt with his replies and actions. Thanks Emmerson!

No staff around to help with my enquiry, so we just walked out again. Very disappointed because it was not busy at the time.

Usually have a lot of stocks, and the last time I was there to get a laptop to work from home just before the Stage 4 lockdown, the service was great.

Thank you so much Georgia for helping me with wireless headphones yesterday. I purchased Bose headphones from JB Maribrynong last year and they didn’t suit me. Georgia recommended the Apple AirPods. I was a bit sceptical about the sound quality, but Georgia assured me this was the right choice for me. It definitely was and I’m so happy! Thank you Georgia for taking the time to show me all of the different options and to find the right solution to suit my needs. Highly recommend Georgia and the staff at JB Doncaster.

It's a jbhifi in a shopping centre. Not sure what else there is to say, but it's very good at being a jbhifi.

We upgraded my wife's S20+ to the brand new S21 as it's lighter for her wrist when holding for long periods.

JB now has a great deal where it is only $549 for a new 128GB Samsung S21 phone, down from original price $1349.

Also the deal allows you to have $10 off per month for your phone plan, from $69 to $59 and 60GB plus 20GB extra 5G data per month, with only a 12 month contract as opposed to 24 months. Don't worry, if you go over the 80GB, it goes to free unlimited data at 4G speeds.

We felt it was really worth is as the discounted $59 phone plan is worth $708 over 12 months. They have applied a $700 gift card with the discounted price for this new phone so you are basically gaining a whole year's phone coverage with 80GB to unlimited internet for just $8 a year on a brand new phone.

If you are looking for an upgrade, this is definitely a great hot new deal and well worth it.

Absolutely no customer service at all could not believe how I stood at the Bose stand for as long as I did and was not approached or offered any assistance, while 2 male staff members did thing around me but at no time offerer assistance. One did ask me to move as he had to move a ladder but was not serving anyone.

Went in the morning to purchase a portable bluetooth speaker and a Apple Iphone 11, approached a staff member in entertainment and asked for assistance. Basically didnt want to assist at all, I'll page someone for you. Waited 10 minutes and to no avail.
