If I could leave a zero out of five I would. I brought a tv with these guys over two months ago, come delivery day nothing arrived when I called they told me the delivery was auctioned but no stock was applied. I don't get get how that works but okay, I was told there's no stock of the TV and it should be in mid the following month. That day arrive and still nothing and so I called and got told it's been pushed back again, this went on for two months I was never updated and always had to follow up myself. I was told multiple times I was at the front of the back orders so when the tvs arrived I would be amongst the first to receive them, today when I called because I was told mid may was now the time I was oh so excited for and I was told the tvs arrived but I was at the back of the back order and will not get one. They didn't know when or if they'll receive more stock at all, when I Asked if I can just get a different model they said that because I brought the TV while it was special and they didn't know these stock issues were going to happen I can only have back what I paid and cannot get a different model worth the same as the original purchase. I made this purchase with JBHIFI because I believed them a trust worthy business with good customer service always willing to work something out but this experience proved that they are anything but that. I wont be making any large purchases with them again in the future.

Incredible staff and Manager! We were there to swap a product that was faulty …. And were more than happy to do so and started organising what was needed…. Until I realised I had completely stuffed up and hadn’t even bought the faulty product from them: (They could not have been more kind & understanding! They held the product for us while we quickly went and returned it elsewhere and got our money back, then promptly went back to JB and they were ready and waiting for us to purchase it. All staff were amazingly kind & helpful! We will always buy from this store!

Never shopping at JB again refused entry by the security person on the front door would not accept my vaccine certificate saved to my wallet demanding that I login direct to Medicare and show him certificate there.

November last year - purchase a Samsung TV in store. Was told that if we wanted guaranteed delivery of said TV we would need to purchase upfront. Fair bit of $$ but luckily we had that. We were understanding when told they couldn’t give us a time frame due to covid. But gave us a rough estimate of end of the month/December. Mid December rocks around, husband enquires. Still no stock (ironically they’re still advertising this TV on sale). Wait until new year after hearing NOTHING from sales team. Husband enquires again. Was informed no stock still and not sure when they’d be getting the stock, or if it would come in at all. TV is still be advertised in their catalogue on special! Yet they can’t even honour the orders that have been placed. They didn’t offer any apologies and for the TV they weren’t willing to bargain other TVs. I think it’s appalling the sales guy took our money (got to get your sales bonus I suppose) and never had the decency to call us to let us know Samsung were ceasing this model TV! Unfortunately we had to use Store credit and was able to get another TV (different make kind you). Brother in Law recently had the same issues, and found out that Samsung had ceased making his model TV - yet again advertised in last week’s catalog! Absolute joke.

An extensive range. They were able to match a lower internet price. Sometimes hard to get a member of staff to assist.

Rude staff and manager. Refused to let me pick up click and collect because I didn't bring a 'physical ' copy of a photo I'd and told me to go home and get it or cancel the order.

I bought a smart watch from JB Hi-Fi. The watch started showing battery issues from day one and display started flickering. When I went to store to replace it, they said they cant see the issue as of now and hence I cant replace/refund it. The manager also went so far of accusing us of not to use the watch properly. Howver, I made a video of the issue, wrote a big complaint email and send it to them.
Next day I recieved a call from maanger that he is happy to replace the watch. When I went to the store, Manager did not come to face me and send his "Favorite employee" instead. He refunded me the amount. However he was also rude and kind of unapologetic for the hassle I have to go through. This is the only reason I am writing this review.

Way to go JB HiFi customer service. I am never setting a foot in your store again.

Very helpful bloke, Jeff, in the computer section silent a good bit of time with my wife on helping her choose a new laptop.
Very knowledgeable yet he did not make us feel silly and his manner was excellent.

If you’re looking for good deal, just call them for getting deals. Usually i went there for deals and they didn’t get me good offer. But by the phone, can give you %20 discount. Well try and see ;)

Staff is really rude. Zero customer service skills. Moreover, they take orders happily but can't deliver on time. If you wanna cancel it then they will behave like you asked them their kidney.

Clean tidy and covid safe. Security guard was friendly and polite. Safe way in and out staff were also friendly and helpful. Good place to go and shop prices are very reasonable.

Everytime I place a click & collect order at this particular store something goes wrong, what should be a 10 minute turnaround becomes 30+ minutes.

Our TV blew up last week so we bought a new one.
Blaupunkt smart TV 60inch
The TV is great love the smart side of it very easy to work.
Team very helpful delivered same day.

Never been a fan of this outlet and today was no different.
Took ages to find a sales person and when we did they had no product knowledge and informed me no one on site did.
Second item same story.

They are well stocked store with reasonable pricing. Just don't expect help
