Went to check out a sound box. They had a full array of sound boxes on demo to compare, unlike some other jb stores. Good shopping experience centre. Thans team.

Bad Experience.bought an item from JbHiFi pakenham.money has been deducted from my Zip Pay account but didn't found in their system as they must have fault in their system because i confirmed with zip and they said all good from their end.i wait about 2 hours in the store and but nothing resolved.lets w8 and how long take to resolve it.so 0 star for customer service and (IT) TEAM.
Never going back to same store.
Not recommended.

Fantastic service from Julian! He helped us pick a fridge and dishwasher and was incredibly helpful and thorough. Very happy with the quality of service, and would recommend his help to anyone.

Jb Hi Fi has been my No. 1 go to store for at least the last 20 years if not more. The staff have always helped with great advice and customer service, not to mention great prices. Unfortunately I had surgery over Christmas so I missed out on the Boxing day sales. Today I went in to spend all my JB vouchers. One item that I was interested in was no longer on sale. When I asked the sales team member if he could give me a better price he just said No, that's the price.
I will continue shopping at JB but I walked away very disappointed.

Mark and his team spent as long as we needed helping the person I was supporting to find exactly what he was looking for. Mark was extremely thorough, friendly and understanding. He answered all of our questions and tried to help us find the best product, not the most expensive. I also observed him interacting with his employees and I was touched to see how kind, patient and caring he is in his interactions with them. You have an amazing team here in Pakenham and Mark should definitely be some kind of leadership trainer. Thanks for an awesome experience

Been a customer of JB Hi-Fi Pakenham now for the entire time they have been open - about 8 years. That entire time I have bought numerous items from them and the experience has ALWAYS been excellent. Today was no different.
I was gifted a TV as a house warming present 18 months ago that died 2 weeks ago. I thought it was out of warranty but went back to check. The staff not only wonderfully helpful in sorting out the mess but organized the paperwork to follow up what need to happen. Today after several to's and fro's between companies the credit was applied to another NEW TV. Thank you all the staff (Amed Keegan Sascha & Stefan) you guys have been AWESOME!

Usually, I love JB HI-FI.the vibe is amazing, the product range is more than adequate.however, today, whilst looking to buy a laptop, the employee working in the laptop section was incredibly unprofessional, and absolutely useless.

I went into the store with my friend, and was greeted by the worker.whilst speaking with him, he continually spoke past me, and tried to sell to my friend instead of me, even though he asked and was aware that I was the one buying the computer.what's worse, is that he repeatedly tried to explain why certain laptops were better than others, with an astounding lack of knowledge and understanding, tried to push my friend toward different (worse) models than what we ended up with, (even though, I can not stress this enough, he was NOT the one buying.), was completely unaware of what was covered by their sale, and was insistent on the necessity of a touchscreen, even though I was very specific on how I do not want a touchscreen.

I did not end up buying the computer at JB HI-FI, and I don't believe I will be returning. Our experience with The Good Guys was much, much better; and they're right next door! The Good Guys had a better price point, and better stock, and had exactly what we were looking for.

My partner and I were looking at TVs. Lachlan approached us and answered the few questions we had, then allowed us to browse. We then had more questions and another team member was able to explain the features really well. He then went to go get Lachlan to complete our purchase.
Lachlan then asked us follow up questions to gauge if we needed anything else, but wasn't pushy about it.
Altogether great service, and great team environment here.

Great staff. I had no idea what to look for in a tablet. Staff took time to make sure I got one that would do everything I needed but not waste money on one that did things I didn't need.

We were investigating new washing machines as the bearings in ours seem on the way out.
A young chap served us and ran us through availability, attributes, etc of each of the various examples.
He was very helpful and not pushy at all.
The store was warm and welcoming.
I would go back again even though we didn't purchase anything.

Rude management, not accepting a faulty product 4 days after it was bought.
Tried to leave a bad review on the product, guess was? They rejected it because i said the service was a disgrace. How convenient!
Please avoid buying here, because of something goes wrong with the product you will probably be stuck with it.
