JB Hi-Fi

JB is pretty consistent across their stores, which i like. Knowledgeable, kind and friendly, plus reasonably flexible on pricing. All good, I would revisit.

The staff are invisible it's extremely crowded inside its hard to find anything. They only supply the latest most update things from 2020 or 2021.

Hopeless customer service. Ignored by staff despite asking for help. Such a contrast to The Good Guys - where we were served promptly and in a very friendly manner and bought a phone at a great price.

Great costume service, they suggested the most cost effective option for me and we're extremely helpful. The range of products is very good too.

Customer service is fantastic but it takes a few minutes to get some help but overall it is fanstastic

I purchased a Samsung 5E tablet yesterday at your Forest Hill store. I was served by one of the managers by the name Song. Lovely bloke, brilliant customer service and very knowledgeable. It was a super experience plus he managed to put me on a new mobile plan as well as save $200 toward my purchase. He is a credit to your operation. Thanks

They included $10 delivery fee upon price match with Amazon Australia, because "you get the item right now, but FREE delivery from Amazon will take few days", which contradicts corporate JB HiFi price match promise of "online price comparisons must include any delivery costs"!

JB Hi fi the best diversity. Before going there check product ranges. Some smaller stores don't have full product range.

Good variety of electronic stuffs. We went there to have a look at tablets and laptops. No one was there to help us even though it wasn't that busy.

Best electronics store. Any branch is full of wonders, and prices are always sharp, often better if you ask for a further discount!

Not prepared to offer further already discount on an ipad until i was able to show other retailers better $$ retail pricing on the day i was looking to purchase!?

A nice little shop with just about anything you might be looking for in IT Hardware. Gadgets, CDs, DVDs and even musical instruments and electricals.well organized shelves and well stocked with a wide range of products.

Wanted to buy a $3,500 television no staff to be found. Oh well I'll go somewhere else who will take my money.

Jb HiFi is great, this one is too. But they are so inaccessible! It's so narrow it's really offputting when you have a pram and I imagine it'd be the same for scooters/wheelchairs. I'm sure they meet Australian standards but only just. And I'm referring to all stores btw not singling this one out.

Went to JB Hi-Fi to look for present for a friend. After not knowing what movies or cd's friend had purchased a voucher. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Nice place to buy electronic gadgets and the staff here know each and everything u are looking for and they help in every way possible.

Great stock, decent prices for most things (especially videogames in comparison to EB just across the road), and very friendly and helpful staff. Never had a problem returning something under warranty at this store which is a big plus and a great indicator on the overall customer service.

It would be appreciated if you could train your staff so that they know how to treat customers politely when purchasing and paying for goods at the counter the lack of courtesy was impossible not to notice I'm surprised this particular guy got the job
