Walked in with a specific item in mind, a young lady offered to help, she did and I bought what I came for. Everybody was very nice.

The team members at the mobile phone section at the Forest Hill store were helpful and friendly

One of the staff can't find the production in their website for us，also used bad attitude during the phone. Very inpatient and unprofessional. Won't go to this exact store again.

Popped in to look for a phone case, the team member in the Phones section was super helpful and assisted me searching for the right phone case. Couldn't fault his customer service. I would definitely come back to this JB.

I had a problem with a fitbit i purchased in December. The lady who i purchased from upgraded. Happy with outcome.

I bought a television and they didn't put it down for delivery when they said I have to wait another 10 days for delivery or something so I went and got my money back and other time I bought a washing machine and the warehouse delivery wasn't on par with what when they said they have to wait wait at 1 months for the delivery we do not recommend

Called on Saturday to see if they did have a tv in stock as it was hard to come by, got put through to Holland and he was extremely helpful. When we arrived later arrived, he was still extremely helpful and made the process so simple!

And plenty of nearby undercover parking

Have Been to this store before most male sale people were helping and nice. Just tried to have faulty mobile fixed under warranty, female sales person was not helpful and quite rude, I took phone to manufacture and all fixed.

It was amusing that when I tapped on the screen of a kindle that was showing low battery, the device security alarm went off and NOT ONE staff member batted an eyelid!

Jb hi Fi were very helpful in fixing an honest mistake made when pre ordering my ps5. Brad the manager was helpful and approachable when fixing it all up and came to a hasty resolution.

An enormous selection of music both on CD and on vinyl, as well as a good selection of music videos. It would be very hard to not find what you're looking for - they rarely if ever let me down.

And in recent years they've added the home appliance products into their range which is even more reason to pay them a visit.

Drones, action cameras and all their accessories rounds out the product offerings. Big screen TVs of practically every brand makes selection easy - it's easy to view them all at once to make your choice.

Have always had good service here, but this time it was excellent. Interrupted a gentleman doing some sort of stock check. He stopped what he was doing and rather than directing me, took me to the section where the item was. Just sorry I did not take note of his name. Thanks again.

Plenty of variety, of stock in the store, staff have always been friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person, especially with any preorders and pickups.

Was helped by Shane, he was incredibly friendly and had great customer service. He went out of his way to assist with my purchase, would highly recommend!
