JB Hi-Fi - Elizabeth St

I don’t usually review the stores that I purchase from but wanted to share that I had a terrible experience at JB hifi Elizabeth street. The staff who was attending us was extremely rude and clearly didn’t wanted to attend to us. We were buying an Iphone 15 pro max and had the rights to ask questions to which his responses were extremely rude

Loved shopping here, a little amazon shop but great and helpful staffing. Will visit again soon

Busy store on a busy street but the service was helpful and friendly. Not one of the bigger J. B stores

Just ok I want to give it 5 stars but the counter girl is so not interested to be there and served on public holiday pay.

The man at the entrance proceeded to harrass me about wearing a mask even though i am exempt and then some other customer joined in to gang up on me. Nothing was done to prevent this truly Ridiculous behavior. I think some of the staff here need mental health professionals to look in on them, seriously

Brought Samsung S7plus, noticed 3 days later price dropped $400.
Took it back to Elizabeth St store and was given the price difference back. The best customer service in town. Highly rated.

Went here to buy a gift on black Friday, which was a men's garmin smart watch, you'd think given I spent $700 the man could be a little more friendly and offer me a bag for the box as well. No.he didn't and he was extremely unfriendly. I don't know if he was just too tired given I was the first customer at 8am or if he's always that way, but it completely put me off. Customer service is such a big thing I feel and this store didn't have that at all. No one said hello when I came in or can I help you. Nothing. I would not recommend this store, unless all others are out of stock for what you need or its purely convenient to where you are.

Plenty of stock as expected, good range of products and prices. I went for a very specific item so easy enough to get once I got someone to open the cabinet. Staff were helpful, although the person that served me on payment couldn't have been less interested if they'd tried, which was very disappointing to see as it slightly soured the experience of what should have been a regular transaction.

Super helpful staff- Harry and (i want to say Ashley maybe?) helped me deal with a return that was way too complicated due to another stores mistakes

The service is great! They are so helpful and responsive. Got a range of products you can choose from. You can always get great deal from JB hifi

JB Hi-fi- Elizabeth St has the staff and the store to bring customers excitingly happy to bring them to wear all your electronic items are just a touch away.

Great service. We went in 5 mins before they close thinking it will be a quick pay and go. But the product was in the storage. It took a while for the team to locate the item for us. We would like to thank Sarah, Cillian and Milad for staying behind to provide a valuable service.

The shop was it busy with Christmas shoppers but still got prompt personalised service. I'd return here a the expense of the in competition.

Went to buy carpet steam cleaner only one staff available, poor kid trying to pleAse customers, got no service.brought a steam cleaner from Bunnings, l won't shop at j.b again, how do they make money to pay rent if customers are walking away.

Most of the reviews here appear to be talking about the wrong JB HiFi store, so there seems to be some confusion! There are 3 JB HiFi stores on Elizabeth Street. The one at 239 Elizabeth Street specialises in computers, printers and smartphones etc. The one at 261 Elizabeth Street is the Camera discount specialist outlet and the store at 289 Elizabeth Street specialises in CDs, DVDs and Games etc. Thus, this is the JB HiFi discount camera store!

This store specialises in digital still and digital video cameras, accessories, batteries and media. The product range is excellent and the prices are hard to beat. To top it off, the staff here is excellent with great product knowledge and customer service skills and I have add that Dean is my go to man here, by far the best salesperson in all of the JB HiFi stores that I've visited. Ask for Dean and tell him that Adam referred you, he'll look after you, and well ;-)

I have always dealt with Archie in the Hifi Section very helpful friendly knowledgeable and cares with returning customers like me 10+ for service & professionalism I highly recommend this JB HIFI Store most of the staff make me feel welcome and are always there to help if I need it
