Excellent variety of stock - including household appliances, audiovisual hardware, CDs, board games, DVDs, video games, computer hardware and software, headphones, white goods - you name it, they have it! We were asked multiple times if we needed help. Beautifully air-conditioned in the hotter months. Competitive prices. Can't fault them.

Had a great afternoon shopping for post Christmas shopping and found some great in store deal discounts on music CD's, I used a voucher and the staff were kind to let me know how much I had left on my gift voucher and they wrote the remaining balance on it for me, which was a great idea to. Very friendly staff.

Every experience I have had with store has been flawless. Never long lines, always happy to help and serve you and always had easy transations.

that was so nice and helpful when buying a TV but nope, I'd gone back the next day received high quality service again. More often than none J. B Waurn Ponds has the products you need as other places have not got them in stock.

Was in desperate need of a phone as id cracked mine hoira before my visit to jb.whilst i had to wait a while as they were flat out when i was finally seen by staff Martin helped and was fantastic, it was also close to the end of the day but Martin showed amazing customer service, had a great product knowledge and was extremely patient with my indecision. After i made my choice he passed me to a bubbly bird at the counter to complete finance.will happily shop at this particular jb again

Have shopped there for years now and the staff knowledge is great. There is a fellow there named "Josh" or something similar who knows everything about everything and is always happy to help me and other staff. Staff are always asking him questions which is great. If a staff member does not know something, they make the extra effort to find out which is 101 Customer Service. This sadly is lacking in so many retail stores now. Great effort JB Hi Fi

Ordered a click and collect online, it was ready within 10 minutes. Simple process of walking into the store, up to the marked counter, showing ID and picking it up. Simple, quick and efficient. The two team members I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff that generally do a good deal.be sure to check the other retailers whilst your shopping though, sale price isn't always the cheapest available!

Staff were extremely helpful with an online order delivery problem. They did not need to help but they did anyway. Greatly appreciated.

Waurn Ponds shop is brilliant. We received fantastic old fashioned service a big thank you to Pete in the television section. If you want to buy a television you must see Pete. He even walked items to people's car I mean does this still really happen. This is now our JB HiFi store of choice.

It is a great shop, so much to see and the prices are realistic. We got really good advice. I personally think that is all you can ask for. The parking was good today, sometimes it can be a challenge.

I usually like JB but I walk and walk around the shop looking for help to find a portable hard drive but after 10 minutes I lined up to go the desk to ask where do I fine them plus ask questions to help me to decide on which one. They call someone to help me finally, this process took me about 20mins my the time I walked out.

New TV sales service was very good but at our age a follow up phone call on the set up ect would have been nice maybe it's a generation thing

Needed to buy a laptop or desktop and had someone helping me very much. Answering my questions and helping me to find the right thing for me.

Get there between 4: 30pm and 5pm for optimal service, the staff at the front desk love it. I choose to order online even though Im 5 minutes away, this way the staff at the main counter have more time to keep chatting to each other:) Cheer/s.

The staff here were helpful. I am messing with the idea of getting a G1 from LG and wanted to see one in person. Unfortunately there not available yet but I did have a very informed talk with the guy there. He helped cement what I already knew about some pretty in-depth information about the TV model. I was surprised he knew as much as he did.

Yeh love standing around wanting to buy headphones for 15 minutes waiting to be served by a guy who never came back.
