JB Hi-Fi

Went in to buy a laptop and a fit bit. After discussing laptop with sales person, they had to check with another store to see if it was in stock. Waited for 15 minutes and he did not return. While this was going on my wife also waited forever to get help with the fitbit. Finally got fed up waiting and walked out. Terrible customer service even the lady who was putting away stock was useless she just shrugged her shoulders when we left. Off to Harvey Norman now

Had to find someone to serve me, after standing around waiting on two occasions. When l did get assistance, they were great!

No staff available to assist. All too busy mucking about on a computer/laptop or "dont know, not my area". Most JB Hi-Fi's are like that, but the Glen is probably the worst I have experienced.

Could not find what I was after.but huge range. Was hard to find at the Glen tucked away from where I parked.they have awesome technology staff are helpful always.but need be patient and wait as staff are helping others

Crowded. It's not well positioned. Looks like it's hidden behind few grocery stores. But has almost everything you expect. It's also offering for the Easter. Make sure you hit it during this break with your family.

Jb retail seems to have reduced staff trying to find someone to assist in product selection is near impossible. Narrowed down to two products luckily enough couldn't get any help in store and found a specialist retailer who was able to assist and had them cheaper.

I'm a returning customer to this store.
I have multiple JB stores within closer proximity to where I live, but don't mind the extra travel to The Glen store as staff continue to set a high standard of customer service.

In particular Daymo is always knowledgeable and I always leave having an enjoyable and personalised experience with him
He's also legit pure eye candy, worth the extra travel! Will be back for sure!

p.s Sunny's smile lights up the whole shop. What a legend:)

Called ahead to ask would let me try a universal laptop charger before I bought it to confirm it would work. They said yes, but then refused when I arrived in store. Officeworks Vermont South confirmed they would let me confirm it works first. Business lost. Bad luck, maybe next time.

It was alright but on this occasion, not a single person approached me to ask if I was alright or if I needed assistance.
It might sound small but if they try to do this more it shows the customer that they really care about you and want to make sure you get what you need as fast as possible.

Great if you don't want to wait for shipping etc, you Can get your item straight away, though it's often a bit more expensive than online stores (unless they are having a special sale or promo) and I find the wait to be served or helped on the floor can be a while as it's usually pretty busy. Good range of dvds.
