50Poor customer service, lack of communication skills between the sales assistance. Was attempting to purchase a phone had a customer service representative and after 20 minutes of I’ll check out back never returned
A couple of years ago, I had purchased JB-HiFi gift vouchers for my niece and nephew for their birthdays. Recently, they told me they had lost them so I called up JB to see if they could help.
The policy was that if the cards were not validated, they could cancel the old cards and give me new ones. However, when checked, one of the cards had a little spent (maybe someone found and used), but JB was so kind to give me two new cards at the full value I had purchased, even though they were only obligated to do that for one of them (and also at cost to their store). This really exceeded my expectations and showed me their management understands and really care for their customers. This gives me so much more confidence to shop in their store as they would watch out for their customers
Thank you again JB-HiFi, my nephew and niece were very relieved to hear of this outcome.
Now located on ground floor next to TK Maxx and Chemist Warehouse. Click and collect is very handy!
I bought a dell computer at JB Hi Fi but the charger was not charing after 6 month, the manager, a tall handsom guy replaced a new charger straight away. Very good service and i will buy a dison vaccum later at this store.

Fantastic like all jb hi-fi's but there is no mobile service in the shop, yes a technology shop. I know its not their fault its down in the dungeons but still get a booster or something - then I can use my phone to transfer more money and spend more in your store
Very bad service bought a dash cam and no one explained l needed a memory chip so had to go back only to purcase wrong chip advised to me now l have to look at other places for my Tec needs jb hi fi suks

I was refused a refund for a phone case that did not fit my phone. D*ckhead customer service manager made me purchase another item instead of giving my money back. I am never returning to this store again

The staff was helpful but the click and collect service was more like click and wait. Me and a bunch of other people were waiting for over 20 minutes.
Quick Tip: even if the place is walking distance from you, it's better to take the car. It would save you looking like one of those shady people in the parking lot.
Excellent shopping centre. It's not as big as chatstone. But you can have anything you want. The food court is marvellous.
Typical JB HIFI. This store is set inside The Glen complex. Due to COVID restrictions, this store is currently closed. They have a massive click&collect area set up in the undercover parking area, with plenty of signage and directions
Undervalued my warranty and rights and now I realized its too late don't ever go here their employees don't even have any intention of helping.
I do love a good jb hifi. Being an electronic device enthusiast/PC/xbox gamer. The staff are great here. Good customer service
No option for 1 star. Today, 6/8/21 is the fourth time I’ve been to this store, first attendance I had great customer service and since then it has declined and today they have outdone themselves.
Called in the AM to confirm collection of a warranty replacement item, which firstly they hadn’t even bother to call me to let me know was in. Staff couldn’t get their heads around the fact that I only had a receipt number, not an online order nu (click & collect only)!
Attended PM to collect, again talk to two staff members, again struggling to understand it’s an online order. Female staff member tells me to wait in the click. & collect bay and they’ll be down in a minute with the item. 15-20 mins later, no staff member, so I call back and go through the whole receipt number and no online order number again. Get transferred to 4 people, including the store man (I’ll come back to you). I hang up, recall and ask to speak with the manager, again, struggles with the no online order number. 45mins wasted by this time. I’m told to meet them at the rear store for contactless delivery as nobody can apparently deliver it to their click and collect bays. When I arrive I see the store man leaning against the (insert object here) casually. Nearly an hr of my time at this point. As I walk towards him I say “I’m about to loose my $&#% at this store”, not him, the whole experience. To which he snaps back attitude and says “we don’t need this, we all have things going on and we’re all in this together”. No, no we’re not, this is not a covid issue, this is a complete lack of competency and assistance in rectifying an issue that wasted over an hr of my time.
I’ll travel the extra 15mins to Doncaster where the staff actually know what they’re doing and if they make an error don’t have the audacity to give you attitude because you’re annoyed at having an hour of your time wasted!
