Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar

I had a very enjoyable experience. Was very surprised that Jayden was serving the wine, man that guy works hard! He provides a very knowledgeable and honest opinion about wine, which is definitely not textbook. All the better! Had the chef’s menu, which was very good. Excellent wagyu steak. Also had the wine pairing which was a bit out of sync.

We went as a group of 4 and joined the wine tasting before dining, which was such a great way to start the evening, nice wine, company, and conversation! Like the range of wine from white to light red to pinot noir, all have different characteristics.we ordered the chef menu, and the alternative to the beef was also very delicious.we were grateful for the nice weather which complimented the outdoor seating, would recommend if you are looking for a winery which also offer dining experience in the evening parking is available just outside.

Had a fabulous lunch with family, great food, delicious wines, wonderful service and relaxed atmosphere. When we first arrived we were a bit taken aback because from outside it looks quite industrial, but once inside we were very happy. Also very dog friendly. Would highly recommend for a great time out with friends and family.

A great place to drop in for drinks and nibbles after work or for more substantial fare. The food is delicious, especially the scallops and the charcuterie board. Their Aperol Spritz is slightly different with the soda twist.

We’ve been meaning to go to Jayden Ong winery and Cellar Bar for some time; and finally had the chance. Everything was spot on! My wife really appreciated the blanket and hot water bottle they provided as it was a chilly night. Can’t wait until I have another Saturday night off to go again!

We had a really lovely lunch at Jayden Ong Winery. The bottle of syrah we shared was really beautiful along with the chef's menu, which was great value for the amount and the quality of food we had! Lastly, the staff was so so friendly and accommodating. Jayden really looked after us and my parents, offered them hot water bottles and blankets as it was a cold winters day.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Exceptional food, wine, service and ambiance. So many small touches and genuine care-for-customer which really sets this venue above the rest. Congratulations and bravo, highly recommend.

Thank you Jayden we had such an enjoyable evening. The oysters were so fresh & tasty paired with the Muscadet Melon de Bourgogne. Then the braised lamb shoulder was so delicious just melted in our mouths perfectly paired with the Benanti Nerello Moscalese. We'll be back even during harvest

Jayden Ong was highly recommended by several cellar doors in the Yarra Valley - now we know why. Jayden personally greeted us when we came for Sunday lunch. His team are FANTASTIC, especially Nolan who guided us through the wine tasting experience. We ended up buying a dozen because they were so good. Food was sensational - the trout melted in our mouth and the lamb shoulder was out of this world. What great place, with such a genuine and friendly vibe. Not to be missed if you're heading to the Yarra Valley

We LOVE this place! The food is ALWAYS so fresh, delectably delicious, lovingly cooked and so welcoming! It’s not at all surprising this is now a Hatted Restaurant! We feel like this is our “Cheers”! Jayden and Nolan always are happy, warm and nothing is too much trouble. Shaun & Allan on the grill are masters and everything that comes off is smokey and cooked perfectly. Everyone who works there is well informed on whatever is happening that night.
We always have a wonderful night with great wine and wonderful taste sensations. I love where we live here in Healesville!

Faultless wine—like, really delicious—but $6 per bottle of fizz tap water and the portion sizes for the price just felt…mean.

We had a nice time, but when we got the bill we felt like we’d been stung. They could have been more up-front about what you got when you ordered/what you were paying for.

Was treated to an amazing Armenian themed dinner at Jayden's and was not disappointed. Amazingly friendly service, delicious high end (yet lacking pretention) food and a great wine list accented by Ong's lovely wines.
The bathrooms are also the best in town.
