These guys are awesome, I have a retail business and I hope my staff have the same level of service as these guys do, and they know there stuff and are always willing to try and help!
I have bought swan security products from jb as well as these guys the difference is Jaycar know the product!
I’m so happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough.

There are few retailers I feel completely at ease in- Jaycar Coburg is absolutely one of the best.
Today Marley gave me great advice on audio equipment and portable power solutions.
Ash and Georgia have also consistantly taken the time to answer my questions in depth in a very transparent way- leading to the perfect solutions.
All in all incredible service, support, product range and price. They even play good music instore too.

Came in kind of knowing what I wanted. A great person called Georgia sorted me out and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Happy day!

Great store but kept me waiting 15 minutes while the manager talked to an employee about stock movements instead of taking the 30 seconds it took at the register for me to buy something.
Will not be returning to this store.

Excellent service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I have been coming here for 20 years I think and have always been impressed by the service. Today I had a tricky problem and they were amazing. You only really know how good a business is when you have a tricky problem.

I went there looking for a hdmi cable input for an older tv, I ended up grabbing the wrong one. The customer service is great, they actually let me set my Xbox up in the shop to make sure it worked with the right cables the second time I came back. Overall very happy, you have a good business and great staff

This place is like nerd city galore. Love the place. Signed up for membership on the first visit. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Return policy isn’t as good as some of the bigger companies but if you ask the manager nicely, she might be a bit more flexible with you:)

I just bought a power inverter today at Jaycar Electronics Coburg and David helped me. He's efficient, attentive, careful, patient and sooooooo helpful. I definitely recommand this branch and especially David's very good advices!

Got a good Rc car from here and there are also many other cool electronic parts and toys to buy from this place. Very cool!

A useful experience. Has quite a good range of electronic parts, not everything but thats not really possible.
Call ahead to make sure they have what you want. Prices are quite variable depending on the part. Best to do your research before you go in.

I have been to a few Jaycar stores during my 60 years.
Laterly been going to Coburg, Wow what a difference in customer service.
I am so impressed & thankful for advice & help.
Definitely will continue to go to Coburg store.

Every time we go to this store we aren't offered assistance finding anything, then get attitude from the staff managers who always seem to have a smart Alec answer. Was sold a box to help update our TV, it didn't do what we needed, was told no question returns for seven days. Returned it within that time and was criticised for having an old TV. Avoid this store!

I needed a new AC adaptor to replace my broken one and the staff who served me was very helpful. Limited parking.

The people here are always very friendly, patient and helpful.

Whenever i go in here, even when its 10 minutes until closing time they never push you out the door and are happy to answer any questions and take the time to explain stuff.
