If you know what you need from the website, the process is pretty smooth. I was starting a small project with little electronics knowledge and was hoping the staff would have been able to help; they were friendly but weren't able to give much advice.

I found what I was looking for mostly but also had the very friendly and helpful staff suggest an alternative item when the one I was looking for was not in stock. Nice one fellas, appreciate it.

The guys there were FANTASTIC.

I had to rewire / redo my 12 v system in our yacht. It was working but old and tired. Due to no auto elects available at Loch Sport where we keep the yacht, I had really had no choice but do it myself.
After many visits, much advice and at times I never purchased anything, the job came up a treat. I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t have done it with out them.
When I say them, it was particularly the manager who’s name escapes me and the assistant manager. Again I can’t recall his name.

Great place for all your electronic needs. Wide variety of electronic goods, parts and equipment. Helpful staff and plenty of stock.

Knowledge of the staff is excellent. The range of products is fantastic. It is difficult to spend a small amount of time there.

Sat in the car park for an hour waiting for the store to open. Staff members waiting in the rain as well. Doesn't appear as though they are serious about retail and having a back up plan to support customers

Look for the Aussie guy who walks the floor. He was very helpful, took the extra effort to search on line for the correct cable for my monitor, I could've paid a premium for a generic cable they sell at the store, but with a few minutes of searching on the net was able to find me the right one to use at a lower price. Thanks for your help and will be back for other stuff.

One of the staff members, John, was extremely rude and yelled at me. Not happy at all. Will be taking my business to Altronics down the road.

Staff is vert helpful and has a great knowledge. If you are looking for some Electronic projects great place to find your items.

It's not cheaper than online - but for a few dollars more you'll get a good warranty.

Door bell was faulty within a few months and the Jaycar staff exchanged for new with no issues. Can't complain about that.

Tim gave us fantastic customer service, he was polite, informative and very helpful. He honoured a sale price for a unit that was a newer model which was not meant to be discounted. Such great service and very knowledgable. Great team at this store. Thank you Tim keep up the great service.

Pays homage to 90's electrical stores. Poorly laid out and very expensive for the products you can find.
Pay and spend half as much money and time and buy online for the same products.

Good range of electronic components for hobbyists and amateur electronic enthusiasts. Provides discounts for university students.

Great place for buying electronic parts. Good quality replacement power packs in various voltages and current. Also lots of electronics tools, meters, etc.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I'm very disappointed and wont be back.

Decent range of products available.

In a digital world, electronics specialists are limited however Jaycar Springvale is an example of a Physical Store done right. Staff are very helpful with stock generally on hand. Recomended.

Rude and condescending service. An angry assistant couldn't say that they didn't have 4C6P plugs when I showed a sample

Pretty decent range, friendly staff. Can never compete with internet businesses for range or prices but they're a fair spot for getting something on the day.

Website now has reliable stock tracking, so I can check whether they have what I need before leaving the house. And when I call ahead they're always happy to put something aside for me.

They have a surprisingly good range of kits for learners or for putting together a modular project in a hurry. And prices are good for a retail shop.
