30 Could easily give them below this on all fronts…
Ordered food worth $300; for our anniversary for few friends; got to pick up after 40 mins which was the time given to us, we were told that they haven’t started preparing as order was above $100 hence it needs to be prepaid. It’s their policy and they forgot to take our number and hence couldn’t call back. It gets better.they eventually said they would deliver.order wasn’t delivered properly, part of food was delivered an hour later.
Food if no where authentic, naans are bought from Coles supermarket and they just heat them up. THEY DO NOT COOK fresh. For me it’s not a INDIAN PLACE IF THEY CANNOT COOK FRESH BREADS. I do not wish to comment further, you can imagine what quality of curries they provide. Please avoid this place.
Lamb chop entree 1 lamb chop only was told on phone it was 2 Nann bread was stodgy. Lamb Rogan Josh was very good, but seriously everything else we ordered was average. 50 min delivery took 95 mins ️
As I pulled into the carpark to pick up the take away the smells of India wafted across.beautiful, and friendly staff.
Great food and nice staff! We ordered the seafood masala, you must try it! The garlic naans are also amazing.
Best indian cuisine in Torquay and melbourne.
Excellent customer service and food that is 10/10.
Very nice Curry’s, I had a Rogan Josh, beef vindaloo, and a chicken vindaloo, absolutely amazing!
Sizzling, tasty and also slightly pricey. But doesn't compromise the quality or the taste of perfect indian cuisine. Must try.
Totally disappointed with this place. They refused to cater for onion /garlic free meal when I have eaten at Tandoori Cuisine in Pakington Street and a huge number of Indian restaurants who were able to easily accommodate so we went two doors down to a Mexican restaurant and they happily accommodated. Sad for tourists I say.
Naan was good, the curries, very ordinary to Indian standards, ordered biryani, tasted nothing like it, it was rice mixed in left over tamarind chicken curry, heated up and served, when asked about it, the guy at the counter says it is cooked in Bombay style and they apparently do a easy version of it because not many customers have it (Quality red light!). Hands down the worst I've had in a while.
Called and booked a corner table so we could park our baby's pram, when we arrived we were told someone had already occupied it and they couldn't do anything about it but give us a table in the middle isle, caused a lot of inconvenience to everyone to move about in the crammed space. If somone bothered to call a specify a requirement, you agree and confirm a booking try and respect it.
