When I came to Jannifer Wu, I did not think I would be walking out deciding on my dream dress, from the store, to the service I received from Jannifer and her team was nothing but amazing, the care and effort that was taken from start to end was exceptional. Jannifer sure knew how to make you feel so comfortable with making a dress that would exceed all expectations! The Details and effort put in were just meticulous! I could not recommend her enough, thank you for making my special day possible!

Stumbled across this store on my way to another bridal shop on Sydney Road. They were very accommodating in slotting me in to try on a dress without an appointment. Absolutely fell in love with it when I tried it on, very different to most dresses I had tried on and suited my figure perfectly.
Have been in touch since I said yes to the dress and always very helpful, accommodating and have my best interests at heart. The designer Jannifer has also taken time to chat through the dress with me which has been much appreciated.
Cant wait to wear my dress in December!

I had almost given up hope of finding my dream dress until I walked in to Jannifer Wu! The dresses are absolutely beautiful! I love the designs and the lace, they were so different to the many other stores I had visited. The staff are very helpful and it is such a nice feeling to know that my dress will be made right here in Melbourne!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome since the first day I walked in. They knew exactly what suited my body shape which helped as I was so confused and found no other bridal stores gave me this level of service. On Saturday we visited Jannifer Wu and I have found the most beautiful dress with amazing service! I would highly recommend you visit this store to find your dream dress. I was out wedding dress shopping with my friend who needed her dream gown for her wedding that was only 4 months away. As soon as we walked into Jannifer Wu Australia we were greeted and promptly seen to. There were alot of gowns to choose form compared to other stores. The customer service & attention to detail was way beyond what we ever received elsewhere.
We said yes to the dress! And can not recommend this place enough.

I purchased a couture dress which was made to perfection! Jannifer is very thorough and detailed with her work. The level service from sales through to my final fitting was fabulous. High recommend, thank you so much Jannifer WU xxx

We arranged an appointment to come in and try dresses on, bridal party in tow. They only had size 8 dresses to try on (store-wide). My sister is not a size 8 and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. This was her first day trying on dresses and it completely ruined this special moment for her as she was left with no self esteem/confidence after essentially being told she was too big for the shop.
Quite simply, if you make an appointment for someone to come in and try dresses on- knowing that you only stock size 8 dresses- how difficult is it to state that at the time of making the appointment? Have some class and respect.

From the moment I walked in to the store, right up to my wedding day Jannifer and Kristie have been outstanding! The level of customer service is truly above and beyond, from making me feel like a beautiful bride to giving me tips for on the day. Then there is the dress "wow" Jannifer your dresses are absolutely beautiful and the detail of each one is stunning that plus your beautiful soul. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my wedding day. Thank you to everyone at Jannifer Wu and a big thank to Jannifer my wedding dress.
