I cannot begin to describe how positive my experience with Jannifer was at Jannifer Wu Bridal. At this stunning boutique, I found my dream wedding dress so quickly, and had Jannifer's warm, kind and bubbly company and help during each fitting which were each a joy to attend. This boutique has such a beautiful selection of dresses, a great atmosphere, and, as mentioned, Jannifer is simply gorgeous. I'm beyond grateful for the experience I had at Jannifer Wu Bridal and for how my dress felt. Everything was perfection. Thank you, Jannifer.

I visited Jannifer Wu after many tears of disappointment from visiting other bridal stores and not finding ‘the one’. I had explained to Jannifer my experiences with the dress styles I had already tried on elsewhere so I knew what fit I didn’t like on me. Jannifer immediately agreed and said she had just the style for me so I left her to choose the one she thought would suit best. She nailed it. I tried on one other dress to compare but went back to the first selection Jannifer gave. Jannifer was so accomodating throughout the whole process and has been the most lovely person to deal with. It was great to support a local Australian designer and also have the comfort that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share like tips on putting clear nail polish on accessories/embellishments to reduce any snagging etc. Jannifer knows her stuff and her work is beautiful. I can’t wait to see the professional photos of the lacework on the train of my dress as it was just stunning.

I couldn’t be happier with the great experience at Jannifer Wu Bridal! Jannifer absolutely knows which dress makes a bride the most stunning on the big day. I chose 2 dresses for the fitting, but in the background, Jannifer chose one more dress without me knowing. I tried all of them and guess what, I fell in love with the dress Jannifer chose, and immediately said YES to this beautiful dress!

We had such a lovely experience with this shop. The dresses are beautiful and the staff amazing. Grace was so patient and thoughtful - helped my friend (the bride) to find her perfect dress that fitted her budget. Best bridal shop, highly recommend.

The wedding dress I got was beautiful, however with covid, Jannifer had to send it interstate to me prior to the last fitting. There was no bustle, the length was dramatically long despite me giving them my measurements with shoes on and I also asked for a simple loose sleeve to be added on at a previous fitting but the dress came with no sleeve. Was very disappointed with the team who answered my calls ad Jannifer after this. They also suggested I got spend more money at a different company and get all alterations attended to despite paying for it all already with Jannifer.

Jannifer has huge passion for making wedding dresses for her customers. She’s experienced and knowledgeable. She even taught me what kind of shoes I should wear, how to hold a bouquet, and created a way to wear a necklace which was too long to wear. I think I had too many ideas of what I love to wear… But she made a dress I’ve fallen in love with and I can’t thank her enough.
