I booked an appointment at Jane Hill Bridal to try on a few gowns I saw on the website and I loved it. The gowns are beautiful and the customer service is impressive! Eliza helped me so much and made me feel truly comfortable. I would strongly recommend Jane Hill Bridal to any bride that is looking for a sophisticated gown and distinguished attention and care during the processor finding it.

My experience at Jane Hill is truly amazing. Honestly I didn’t think I would find my dream dress at Jane Hill however, Sara went above and beyond to help me find the right dress. I had the most amazing experience at Jane Hill and I was incredibly lucky to have Nicola as my stylist. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped me find the most amazing dress. She made me feel like a bride, which I was struggling with at other boutiques. The dresses are great quality and such beautiful fits! I also need to mention that the boutique is also absolutely stunning!

Such a beautiful store with beautiful dresses so it is a shame that the service was so disappointing. From the moment the door was opened, the vibe from the consultant was weird, with no smile and just a strange, emotionally detached demeanour. Unfortunately the atmosphere did not improve. I tried several dresses throughout the appointment, and while I always found something positive to say about each one regardless of whether it suited me or not, she would just stand there in complete silence as I looked in the mirror and answered my questions with one or two words answers. Her ambivalence to the whole process made things really awkward. It was in stark contrast to other bridal appointments I have had where the consultant and I would laugh and chat about everything. Anyway, the product is beautiful and I wish this company every success.

From the moment Sara opened the door at Jane Hill it was a really lovely experience. I went by myself and it felt like Sara was my friend, even though we hadn’t met. She was helpful, knowledgeable and took plenty of photos for me to help make a decision. Highly recommend. And did I mention how beauty he space is and the size of your private change room.

I was excited to try on dresses at Jane Hill after all of the great reviews. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had to date trying dresses on. Completely unhelpful and asked me to email them on Monday to remind them what style I’m interested in. The dress that I liked the most was quite dirty and they would send a swatch so I could see the actual colour of the dress.

Jane Hill was my first stop when trying on wedding dresses. It’s a beautiful studio and I was looked after by Sara who made it so special! She was lovely and helpful to recommend styles. What could have been an overwhelming experience was the total opposite - I felt super comfortable and at ease.
