Jane Hill in Melbourne made finding my dream dress the most amazing and seamless experience. Nicki made me feel so confident and stunning, helped me find a dress I would have never thought would look good on me and was so easy to contact for any of my million questions. She talked me through every process of the dress was happy to assist with any tweaks and any options I wanted. She is so lovely and I could not have asked for a better gown consultant from the try on to the dress collection and beyond! Not to mention my dress is phenomenal and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. A huge thank you to Nicki and the Jane Hill team, you are absolute superstars!

Such a lovely experience! It was my first bridal consultation and Liz was so professional and explained everything. The store is stunning, the dresses are amazing. It was a magical experience for me.

Terrible experience. The sales assistant was less than helpful or even interested in my experience. Did not offer anything to assist with options. The dresses were dirty as well with tan and make up. Would not recommend to anyone to go. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

The absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Nicki was an absolute angel, she accommodated every detail from a claw clip to trialling different hair styles, earrings to shoes and different accents to the wedding dress such as a veil and train… everything I wanted, she had. She listened to every detail and took the time to tailor to my body shape & deliver my dream dress! Such a personal experience for me and my entourage, Nicki was so encouraging and attentive.she was genuinely invested in the details of my engagement and our love story (also a top photographer ;) I can’t wait to say yes to the dress xxx

I went to Jane Hill in Richmond last year to try on wedding dresses and I was incredibly disappointed. The staff weren’t warm or inviting nor did they offer refreshments to myself or my family, like other wedding shops had. The dresses I tried on were in such poor state with stains, make up and tan on them and beading missing. The consultant didn’t offer any suggestions and kind of left me to work things out myself. We were so underwhelmed that we left as soon as we could. These dresses also look nothing like how they look in photographs or socials. Very disappointed.

The showroom is stunning! My stylist Alyssa was so gentle, calm and not pushy. I loved that I had total free-range of the gowns I could try.

Jane Hill was the first store I went dress shopping and had an amazing experience. I was very lucky to have Alyssa as my stylist - she was sweet, kind, patient and so knowledgeable I was surprised to find out it was only her first week working there. She made me feel very comfortable and like a bride which wasn’t the case at some other stores I went to. I was excited to go back to retry the dress I loved which will be the dress I walk down the aisle and now can’t wait to pick up my dress next year!

From the second I walked into Jane Hill, I automatically knew that this would be the place I'd find my dream dress. I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Alyssa, who made the experience so incredibly special for not only myself, but my mum and best friend who came along.
