I’ve been visiting Dr. Poonam Chuni in Ivanhoe Medical Clinic for past year and I could not recommend her more! Dr. Poonam holistic approach, integrating western and natural medical practices, help me go through and overcome a very difficult period. She is very thorough, and most importantly, she listens to her patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Stephen Smith for over 22 years for a number of medical conditions some requiring surgical procedures for which he has been referring me to surgical specialists. I've been very impressed by his professionalism and level of care and happy with the outcomes to date.

This is a terrific medical clinic with fabulous doctors & wonderful reception/office staff who are friendly, helpful & caring. The staff always work hard to accommodate your needs/request & when my long-term primary doctor is not available I have always been happy with the care of the other doctors in the practice. The practice runs very smoothly & I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Dr. Laith Gliana is a great GP and listens to your issues and has an excellent bedside manner. I always feel a sense of relief after speaking to him with my medical queries regarding my health. I highly recommend him in issues around mental health, women’s health and maintaining your general well being mentally and physically.

Great family clinic with knowledgeable and caring staff. Dr Burns an amazing doctor who goes the extra mile to ensure you are fully taken care of. Highly recommend!

It's generally good GP Clinic but not with last time. Got an appointment on 4/11/21, Dr. N forgot to return my blood test result after 2 weeks, I called to request for the result. Got a tele health appointment for 3 minutes to return my test result - charged for $59.00 yesterday. What a good business model.

I’ve been going to Ivanhoe Medical Clinic for over 10 years and Dr Cathy Adami is the best. Her kind, understanding and friendly disposition has made doctors visits for me as good as they can be. I also love that you can book online through HotDoc.

While waiting at the GP is to be expected, waiting up to an hour for a scheduled appointment time is a little too long.

I consult with a female doctor at this clinic; treats you as a human, with a caring attitude. Reception staff very pleasant

I've been a regular patient at IMC for 73 years. That in itself speaks volumes about the Doctors who all provide professional medical care and advice. The staff also, friendly and helpful with a smile. Pathology the same. If I could give IMC 10 gold stars no hesitation

I have been coming to this medical clinic for years. I see Dr Hand, she always gives me time and is very professional. Would recommend this clinic as there are many good doctors and also has the facility to have blood tests while you are there as well.

I've been a patient of the clinic for many years and have seen several doctors in that time, but have found 2 of the more recent arrivals in Dr Gliana and Dr Stanley in particular to be caring, thorough and up-to-date in their knowledge and expertise. The reception and nursing staff are also highly efficient and competent in my experience.

The reception staff were prompt in serving me and asking if I had signed in and used the hand sanitizer. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Doctor Hands was friendly and knowledgeable. A great doctor's surgery.
