Here for a kids birthday. Plenty of parking, food pretty good. Big venue, lots of room. Kids play area. Recommended

Nice family atmosphere with a great play area for kids. Good food, not on the cheaper side though. Some staff are friendly not all.

Just another pokies pub, suppose it clean, food is nice and the toilets are clean. I did find parking to be hard, though did get a spot out the back.

Staff are rude, kiosk most times is down, machines are reserved without full patrons on board. What's going on there?

Nice clean modern venue with dining room well away from the gaming room. Great food friendly staff and on-site parking

Went here to have a family dinner with adults and felt like we had walked into a indoor play centre. My Auntie and I had potato and leek and didn't eat tasted disgusting. Told the hostess who just looked at us as if we where from another planet. The unfinished soups stayed on the table until we left later on. So no warm quiet Saturday night dining as mentioned on your website welcome to the ''Billabong". Lots more other options around to chose from. Stay clear of this place.

Great food but service was really slow. On previous visits it was the other way around, so it probably just depends on the staff for that night.

I had forgotten my jacket with my car keys in it and was returned to me.honest staff.band was fantastic

Lovely food, great venue but disgusting service. My family and I have been here several times and the blonde woman with the high pitch voice that works behind the bar is absolutely appalling. I really can't believe the way she speaks to her customers. This place is far from cheap and the money that you pay is for the SERVICE. You don't work at a nightclub love, time to change your attitude.

Christmas is July event. Was pretty average food, but the entertainment was good, just the right level of cheesy.

Decent food and service. Main drawcard for us is the indoor play space which keeps the kids entertained, but still able to keep an eye on things.

We had lunch at the Est bar and the service of the barmaid Kristen was arrogant and very rude. This person should not be in the customer service industry. After she finished her shift the staff were fantastic and apologised for her bad behaviour.

My meal was so good and tasty my Dad had the seniors meal it came with dessert which was really good.

I think I've heard the saying "Typical pokies pub. " This place fits the bill. Food was ok. Went to play the pokies and some gambler gives me a mouthfull because I nearly played his machine. Staff asked my wife and I to leave because we upset him. Poor form, you can see what is important to them.

We greatful that we celebrate our son's 2nd birthday in this place everyone was impressed with the food (tasty good size and reasonable). Cleanliness; excellent (toilet also the play room for kids) and the best service the way they look after us there, it's so amazing. So impressive we highly recommended this steakhouse everything is perfect for me. Good job guy's and thank you see you nxt year!:) god blessed
