Every thing is good but if you wanna donate your money go play here one of worse and trouble place in Victoria to play gaming machines

To the extremely rude Asian lady that was supposed to be manning the cashiers box, I asked her to cash my pokie ticket, she rudley said the change machine is around the corner, and as I have never been here before I didn't know where it was, she was so rude, as part of the cashiers job is to cash your customers tickets.we will never return here, you should be fired for treating customers so poorly

Not excited by the performance of the bar person. Served another person before me and was waiting for 5 minutes to get served

Great setup for function. But the let down was the wait time for being served for drinks. You need more bar staff.

Told i was dressed inappropriately for the establishment due to having a female body, went home for sandwiches

The bistro is only available for private functions now, gaming venue downstairs is open late, staff pleasant, nice coffee late at night.
Sadly they have security that are useless, girl sits in on the lounge chairs talking on her mobile the whole time, wouldn't call that very secure especially at 3am in the morning, wouldn't go on my own if that's what's meant to keep the venue safe.

Wouldn’t go here, establishment discriminates against woman. Very unjustified behaviour from the staff, it’s 2022 stop sexualising woman’s bodies and asking people to leave because you deem them dressed inappropriately- you’re a crusty sports bar, get a grip.

Very misleading for customers to have signs saying "Bistro" only to walk inside to be told by staff it closed some time ago

Great place to catch up with mates. Has a two story parking on sitem. Also has parking just over the side street.

Staff were great, they had a private function, but they made a space for us to watch the footy, (and my team won!). Thank you.

I was having a few beverages and I was trying to watch some japan travel videos and the nice lady at the bar muted MAFS that was on the TV. Which I thought was really nice.

They never let you win one dollar at the pokies.the staff is very friendly makes us girls happy to bet there

It's not like it use to be. There is no atmosphere. It's just a convenient place to meet up with friends before you head off to find a nice restaurant

Great tasting food and portion sizes

Great hotel, clean and fresh. Fantastic service and food. Huge underground and out back parking. Has function area, seating areas, pokie and TAB options.

Great place for family with playing stuff for kids but food was very very average. For that price expected but more but customer service was good.

Nice family atmosphere. Food is what you expect: good and nothing fancy. Serves are reasonable, especially the kids menu (less waste).
Small playground for young kids, quite a big space for kids to run around and view on the area.

I have lived nearby for a total of about 2 years now and ventured in to the hotel for the first time on the weekend. Fantastic food, I had the roast beef, the serving was huge with a massive volume of fresh vegetables. The staff are enthusiastic and always willing to help.
Upon leaving I said to my partner 'we need to come here more often'!

Went for coffee and cakes with friends and really enjoyed the huge assortment and generous portions.

The ribeye steak I got was average at best. For such an expensive meal I was very disappointed.
