ITSwitch is one the best IT services providers we have worked with. They have been great with their team of skilled professionals, have a strategic approach towards every project handled, very reliable as they provide further advice and consultations for projects, quick remote and onsite help is provided, also very welcoming to schedule meetings in their well setup office that has access to every source of communication.

A great service. We commissioned ITswitch to install a new WiFi system in our office. They assessed our reqiurement, provided a quick quote and installed it the following week. Our WiFi has since been stable and faster than before. Thank you guys!

Absolutely horrible customer service.most people who answer phone calls aren't even fluent in basic english which is fine if they can provide some satisfactory service which wont happen.the only thing working properly in this company is the accounts person who haggle for services which have not even been provided. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.reading other reviews it even looks like they are faking it by paying people for positive reviews! You have been warned!

After my computer crashed I thought I had lost all my data. I was looking for an IT services or computer repair company in Melbourne that could visit me onsite at my home office. ITswitch was onsite fast, they were able to recovery my data and PST file, restore my emails back in outlook and repair my computer. They even upgraded my computer with extra memory and hard drive. I’ve since been recommending them to all my friends who need a computer repair, wireless network setup or just some friendly advice from one of their IT consultants.

IT Switch have set up office 365 for my financial planning & mortgage broking firm which helped us share calandars and store all our emails on the cloud in a protective and private environment, and have integrated our phones, tablets, PC's & Laptops which helped us manage ourselves & our staff in a much more efficient manner, great work guys and am really pleased your taking care of all our IT needs.

We were in big troubles when computer in my office crashed. All our important data was in that computer and we didn't know what to do. Luckily, I found ITSwitch on the internet, they came to my office same day and fixed everything. Not only that, they also suggested ways to protect data and have fast, safe and reliable network.
