Poor service. Installation technicians cannot understand basic English. Had to repeat myself 5 times before they even understand what I am saying.

Had to write email to their seniors so that they can understand one simple issue.

Wasted my money on such a pathetic service. Avoid.

The owner of this company is one of the worst person you will meet in this world. He has no etiquettes & decency to talk to a woman. He thinks just because he drives an expensive car, he can talk to a woman with no respect. Annoying character & definitely avoid him.

Itswitch team is very professional but the owner david is cheapster, unprofessional and very unethical person.david always tried to overcharge my company for small things.they charged me $160 for false tickets and when i disputed it, david made up one story and gave it to me.totally unprofessional, disrespectful and money-hunger fellow.very unAustralian

We have just completed a new workstation fleet upgrade with ITswitch.
We let ITswitch know that security was very important to us and necessary for our compliance. They recommend Microsoft 365 with Security and Intune, and supplied a fleet of Surface Pro’s for us. We were impressed with the entire process, from getting to know our business requirements, assessing the technology we need, and the consultants involved in the setup were brilliant, both in communicating with us and expertise.
