The order I ordered just today from ubereats the hotdog with the topping there was hardly any topping and the hotdog bread was stuck to the potato gems with the cheese and the cheese was disgusting the cheese just tasted like a replica recipe from McDonald's but this cheese I had was over salty and overpowering the dish because this cheese was very salty I could not taste any of my food because of this reason and it's a very bad idea to make a replica cheese of McDonald's that's exactly what it look like and exactly what it tasted like at first in till I tasted the overpowering saltiness in the cheese that overpowered the whole entire food dish that I ordered food Uber eats one recommendation to the chef would be taste the cheese before you give it to customers because destrees was too salty into overpowering.

Mac n cheese inedible. The few bits of macaroni in this cheese bucket were unidentifiable as they were so overcooked. Maybe I was just unlucky. I did request bacon bits in it and sweet potato fries instead of regular, I recieved neither! I understand that that can incur an extra cost which I would have been happy to pay for if I could have on the app, but the fact that it wasn't discussed when I collected is poor customer service. If you I wasnt allowed to change my order, just say instead of over stapling my bag so I wouldn't check in store. I chose sweet potato because your french fries looked cheap and tasteless which they were... The ketchup is also the cheap red vinegary kind. Not impressed

It’s a burger should re-brand to Its a disappointment.
Waited an exorbitant amount of time while they continually filled Uber eats bags to finally get what could only be described as a burnt, greasy, tasteless mess.
Do yourself a favour and give this place a very wide berth.

Ordered a meal, waited over 25 minutes. 2 people in front of me got their meals refunded due to the wait. Staff clearly aren’t trained in customer service, and there was only 3 staff on including a cook…
Will not be returning. Don’t waste your time unless you have a lot of it…

I know they say it's medium and going to be "pink" in the middle but it just tastes raw to me like mince that's uncooked. I only read that it's supposed to be like that after I went on their page to contact them to tell them it's raw.
It was ok aside from the raw mince taste. If it was cooked more it would be outstanding.

Absolutely ridiculous!
My mother and I went here for lunch after going around big w/the hub, we ordered (no one ordered before us) but it took them about 25 minutes just to make two cheese and bacon loaded fries, bacon was burnt to a crisp, the cheese was rank and who put salt AND pepper on the chips.

Ridiculous and unbelievable never again!

Hadnt tried, saw 20 minute wait for online orders so placed order, waited 20 mins and headed down there. Got there and was told they would start cooking now as they don't cook until you get there. So about 10 minutes later i saw him putting my food in the bag, no mac and cheese bites that i ordered. Turns out that my order that i showed them confirmation of didnt print it out on their docket, got told it would be another 5 mins as the bites are frozen, had to request it just be refunded so food didnt go cold. My food was okay but the well done burger that my partner asked for and specifically stated still pink inside so most of the beef got thrown out. All in all pretty disappointing when it costs $30 for 2 burgers and 2 fries.
